Die Erdgeschoß-Wohnung ist ca. 8 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Hersbruck entfernt. Von diesem aus fährt regelmäßig ein Direktzug nach Nürnberg (Fahrtdauer nur 14 Min.). Baden, saunieren und entspannen kann man in der Fackelmann Therme (10 Gehminuten entfernt). Wanderungen und Badeseen befinden sich innerhalb weniger Kilometer.

Unser kleines Dorf liegt in einer reizvollen Landschaft mit Rad- und Wanderwegen. 5 Bewohner helfen in sechs Sprachen mit Tipps. Zwei Badeseen liegen in 10 km Entfernung. Begrenzte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Tal selbst. In Hersbruck und Altdorf existieren Supermärkte und Bioläden. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto, mit der Bahn in 15 Min. von Hersbruck aus, nach Nürnberg. Wir halten Bienen und eine alte Schafrasse.

Viele Wanderwege, wie der bekannte "Fränkische Dünenweg" oder der Moritzberg, starten direkt vor der Haustür. Für Kinder gibt es einen kleinen Streichelzoo mit 2 Kamerun Schafen.

The beds are made and towels are in the bathroom. No Partys!
