Historic guest house at Gries 5

The late Gothic residential building from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & has been very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & lime, clay paints. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another, hand-painted, approx. 500-year-old plank ceiling was discovered on the 2nd floor.

Centrally located, new and modern furnished apartment in the center of Geras. Close to everything. The bakery is right next door. Two minutes' walk to the tram and 10 minutes to the beautiful market. 4 adults can easily stay there. The highlight is of course the beautiful large roof terrace.
