An oasis of peace that invites rest and allows total relaxation.It has a very careful decoration with soft colors and noble materials, which combine in harmony creating a serene atmosphere from your hall, living room, dining room or terrace... The "Casa del Hort" has 2 double rooms each with its own private bathroom and air conditioning system. The main bedroom has an annex where we have put a bed for one more guest, ideal for a child or a teenager. The bathrooms, well prepared and next to the rooms, with shower and/or bathtub, will invite you to that comforting moment at bath time...Bidet, towel dryer, hair dryer, their cabinets...they lack nothing absolutely. The same can be said of its kitchen, fully furnished and equipped, spacious, bright, next to the living room and dining room, while maintaining its own independence. The dining room with large windows allows access to its beautiful terrace, garden and pool. We have created a reading corner with a very comfortable armchair where you can sit down and relax at any time of the day. Amplia i acollidora casa adossada de dues plantes i garatge soterrani privat. Molt ben situada, a dos minuts a peu de la primera platja i del passeig d'Empúries i a cinc del casc antic de l'Escala. Us encantarà estar en una zona tranquila,però a la vegada molt a prop de tot. De platges, de l'inici de rutes senderistes, dels supermercats, dels bars i restaurants. Ideal para familias, con playas de gran belleza a cinco minutos a pie. Cuenta con unos espaciosos 120m. Dos terrazas, una de ellas con unas espectaculares vistas a la bahía de Rosas. Muy bien situado. Dispone de dos habitaciones con baño completo y una sala de juegos que podría habilitarse como dormitorio infantil.

Vistas increíbles en una ubicación perfecta ♥ Este apartamento está cerca de todo, tanto del casco antiguo como de la zona más veraniega. Playas, tiendas y restaurantes a mano derecha y a mano izquierda. Tiene camas nuevas muy cómodas, mobiliario moderno y dispone de Internet y una plaza de garaje para un total confort en tus vacaciones. Si te levantas pronto te despertarás con un mar de color rosa y cuando te vayas a dormir verás la luna reflejada en las olas. Me encanta, es mágico.

Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.
