Vacation in the old mill

The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family home settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 square meters) with old wooden beams there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, living area with sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a pond. There is a children's playground directly across the street. Guest Wi-Fi available!

The house is located directly on the Weser bike path opposite the dike. The apartment (72 square meters) consists of a fully equipped large kitchen, bedroom with double bed. There is also a bathroom with shower and washing machine, directly adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom with toilet and bathtub. The living room is equipped with a sitting area, double sofa bed, desk, Satellite system and Wi-Fi. There is also an extra bed 200 x 90 cm available. In 150 meters there is a sandy beach

The house is absolutely quiet and offers the perfect place to relax. Our small forest and meadow offer many opportunities for children and adults to play. It is only 3 kilometers to Weserstrand. Distance to Bremen: about 30 km Distance to Oldenburg: about 20 km

You'll love our place because of the pure nature and the direct beach location. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups. Fitters appreciate us because of the recreational value and the short distances to Bremen.

The staircase leads to the gallery, where there is a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom has a spacious box-spring bed and the directly adjacent bathroom.

The cottage is located on the edge of a wooded private weekend settlement. It is generously sized, bright, modernly furnished and very well equipped. It is heavenly there in every season & perfect for a short or longer break in the idyll! For the summer months, there is an in-house stand-up paddle board (SUP).
