Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Der wunderschöne Blick von Wohnbereich und Terrasse aus über die Felder Achenkirchs, direkt auf das Rofangebirge und die Seekarspitze, erleichtert das Fallenlassen vom Alltagsstress und lädt zum Genießen und Entspannen ein. Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

Whether it's a holiday (or a quiet workplace) in summer, autumn or a skiing holiday - the Kitzbühel Alps always offer a fantastic backdrop. With approx. 45 m2, it offers a large living room, bedroom, kitchen (NEW since 2021) and a friendly bathroom. Enjoy your time in a quiet atmosphere and with a great view over Wörgl. Nani's Nest is a home away from home. Our apartment lies in the middle of the Austrian Alps. It offers you a cosy living area, bedroom with walk-in-closet, bathroom with separate toilet and a balcony. Its superb location in the village of Söll makes it easy for you to enjoy all the amenities the village has to offer >> Splendid restaurants, ski schools, ski & bike rental places, gondola station, hiking trails and ski slopes are all within a walking distance of 5-10 minutes.

Ruhige, gemütliche eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, hat ca. 45m und besteht aus, Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Duschbadewanne, Abstellraum, Garderobe, 2 Balkone. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Lehm verputzt, dies führt zu einem angenehmen Raumklima. Die Wohnung wurde 2008 komplett neu errichtet und hat Fussbodenheizung. Passend für 2 Personen, eventuell 3, 3. Bett ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich.

cosy flat with view to the "Skiwelt Hartkaiser". The bright flat is located on the first floor with 2 bedrooms, livingroom with small kitchen, bath with bathtup and a balcony. Start hiking directly from the flat, or take the free local bus directly in front of the house. A parking spot for a car is also included. (local tax is included in the price) On request there is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person on a pull-out bed.

Abends, dann wenn die Sonne sich hinter den Bergspitzen zur Ruhe bettet und der Mondschein sich breitet, lockern Sie Ihre Muskeln.
