The apartment is located near the city center of Wachenheim, with small restaurants and wineries, surrounded by gardens on the way to the Wachtenburg ruins, which offer a magnificent view. The accommodation is suitable for a longer stay and for couples who love peace and nature. Available on request: pick-up service from the train station. Cycling and walking trails allow you to explore the "Tuscany of the Palatinate."

The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, living-dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 min.University 15 min. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.
