We love the pastoral setting of this mid century modern cottage (circa 1962) in a quiet neighborhood. The home has been decorated in period pieces so it’s like stepping back in time, but with the modern conveniences. It is close to Fort Jackson, USC, and Downtown. It has been totally remodeled with new appliances, bathroom and kitchen. we are pet friendly and there is an acre or so to walk the dog, but the yard is not fenced.

Luxury Cozy Retreat with Private Pool

We had a great stay! The house is only a few minutes by car from a lot of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. It's a little hard to find but also fairly private. It's on a quiet street as well. We didn't see or hear neighbors the entire 5 days we spent there. It rained the whole time we were there, so we didn't swim, but the pool looked crystal clear and clean. Wifi worked great! Parking is limited to two cars in the single lane driveway and maybe two cars on the street. Perfect for our party of 5. It's a little bit of a trek to get downtown, but worth the price we paid!

I had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and easy. Every little detail was thought out to make the stay comfortable. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for a great experience!

Spacious & Family-Friendly 4BR near Fort Jackson

This home was exactly as pictured clean, comfortable, and conveniently located as advertised. We stayed here for a graduation at Fort Jackson, and the drive was only about 20 minutes with easy access to I-77 and I-20. The area felt very safe, and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. Fast food options and Walmart were just around the corner, which made things super convenient. There was more than enough space for our two families, and we all slept comfortably. The hosts were fantastic with communication reaching out at check-in and shortly after to make sure everything was to our liking. We were greeted with complimentary water and snacks, which was a thoughtful touch. The home was well-stocked with essentials like extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and dish detergent something you don’t always get with rentals. But one of the standout features for me was the water pressure and hot water such a bonus! Many rentals dial it down, not this one. We thoroughly enjoyed stay!

This home was just as described and very peaceful. Will definitely add this location to my return list. Thanks to the Host for being very responsive, it was greatly appreciated.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay! The beds are super comfortable, you don’t want to get out of them. I loved the decor, the spacious kitchen. Devon responds quickly. If you have family or friends graduating from Fort Jackson this is definitely a spot for you. I will be staying here again when visiting family.

I had a wonderful stay! The space was exceptionally tidy and very quiet, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Sydnei incredibly sweet and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return!
