It is a completely new apartment, located in the downtown area, on one of the main avenues that connect the north with the south of the city. There are convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and more nearby. It is a safe area for walking, with excellent lighting, and access to public transportation. From our road entrance up to the house there are 150 steps to hike, well worth it for the incredible view!
