When you enter the property you’ll find an outdoor dining table for four with pergola to enjoy your alfresco gatherings. You’ll find the kitchen next to the dining area separated with a nice breakfast counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. At the back of the kitchen you’ll find the patio with the table for four and from the patio you have access to the solarium terrace where you can enjoy the views or sun in one the sun loungers. The solarium is sealed with artificial grass, you will also find here gazebo for shade when required. Both bedrooms are accessible from the living room and have a built-in-wardrobes. All rooms have ceiling fan with lights with remote control. One bedroom and living room have air conditioning. You’ll find the bathroom with a shower and toilet as well. There is a lovely communal swimming pool and garden area situated just 30 meters from the house, or the beautiful blue flag beaches of Guardamar are 8 minutes by car or several golf courses in Quesada or within 20 minutes by car.
