This charming Duplex, 5 minutes from Tribunal and 10 from Gran Vía, in the heart of downtown. It is spacious and with very nice decoration. Very discreet apartment, no neighbors in front, with great views of everything Madrid, direct elevator inside. It has two terraces with plants, a pond with fish. Antique furniture, unique pieces, wifi, TV screen cinema, Prime, Netflix, 3 air conditioners, etc. House with a lot of peace. There are two bedrooms and an XL bed in the loft. I had a great time in Madrid thanks to Erica and her family. They waited for me when my plane was delayed, where in regular contact to make sure I was ok. The flat was clean and well furnished and is about 3 minutes walk from the Metro station. There is lift. I was out at night and felt safe alone in the neighbourhood. I would recommend the place and look forward to coming back.
