The transport connection is excellent, the A38 and A7 highways are within easy reach. Friedland train station is only about 5 km away. For cycling enthusiasts, the Leine-Heide cycle path passes directly by our village. Secure bicycle parking is available.

Our vacation home is centrally located and yet surrounded by greenery. In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. One free parking space is available right by the house.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, but in close reach to university, UMG, Nord-Uni several research institutes. The apartment is located in the old village of Weende directly opposite a farm. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the farm's fruit trees. Weende has a very good infrastructure and bus connection and the forest, which invites you to jog and walk, can be reached in a few minutes. The university area is very close and the city center is only 2.5 km away and easily accessible by bike
