The "Hühnerhaus"

The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. Our 45 m² apartment Landluft on our farm Hermannslust, on the Swabian Alb is in an idyllic secluded location surrounded by forest and meadows and can accommodate up to 4 guests (possibly 1 additional child in a travel cot). Our apartment is the ideal place for rest and relaxation, but also for families and as a starting point for excursions. Dairy cows and their offspring, chickens, horses, cats, dogs, goats, sheep and rabbits live on our organic farm.

The apartment is located in a lovingly restored half-timbered house from around 1500 at the entrance to the city center, below the church. Close to restaurants, bars, bakery, butcher and supermarket. The modern bright apartment (90 m²) is in the center of Bernstadt. A bakery with breakfast café is right in front of the house. To Ulm and the science city, you can drive by car without traffic in 15 minutes, to Legoland also 15 minutes. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a panoramic view over the Swabian Alps. In many parts not/not professionally renovated, therefore visual damage to ceilings, walls, floors, etc. – generally far from a new building standard. Bicycles can be parked in the accommodation.
