Vacation rentals with a patio in Edremit

Kazım bey ile ilgili ne söylesek az. Kendisi mükemmel bir ev sahibi olmanın yanı sıra çok iyi bir insan. İlgisi, samimiyeti hemen dikkat çekiyor. Yaptığı ikramların hangi birini saysam… kahvaltılıklardan meyveye, şaraptan çikolataya, taptaze günlük yumurtaya kadar herşey vardı. Evin temizliği mükemmel, Merit otellerine arabayla 3 dakika mesafede, evin altında bir de market bulunuyor. Kazım abiye ne kadar teşekkür etsek az.

Ata Can was an amazing host start to finish. She was so helpful, responsive at all times and gave me recommendations which I was extremely grateful for. Her and her husband were on call at all times and really made sure we were looked after and happy at the accommodation. The apartment is perfect it’s quiet and a nice size pool. The apartment had everything we needed and it felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend staying and would love to return again. Thank you for everything

Very well equipped apartment, exactly as the pictures. Very nice balcony to enjoy the breakfast or end of day. 5 min walk from the beach and walkable distance from salt lake.

Wij hebben een hele fijne week gehad in dit mooie penthouse. Alles wat we nodig hadden was tot onze beschikking. Het was heel ruim, altijd parkeerplek en goed locatie vanuit waar je het eiland kan ontdekken. De communicatie verliep vlot en prettig!

If you want to have everything you need for a peaceful holiday and be close to Merit hotels and casinos, don't look any further... Great communication, clean, safe, great pool, close to stores, 15 minutes drive from Girne and 1 hour from airport. Strongly recommend

Nam się bardzo podobał ośrodek . Ośrodek jest pięknie utrzymany . Każdy ma albo w swoim apartamencie basen albo jacuzzi , w związku z czym wielki basen Infiniti był zazwyczaj praktycznie pusty i cały dla ciebie . W obiekcie są wszystkie udogodnienia . Bardzo blisko znajduje się market , obok bardzo dobra restauracja. Wygodne bardzo duże łóżka. Przepiękna infrastruktura na całym ośrodku . Dzięki temu że praktycznie każdy apartament ma swój basen to na całym ośrodku jest bardzo spokojnie i cicho . Bardzo odpoczęłam w tym miejscu , nie ma tutaj tłumów więc jak dla mnie to było idealne miejsce na odpoczynek . Zaledwie 1 h drogi do cudownego zamku Św hilariona , który skradł moje serce ♥️. I te cudowne dwa kotki 🐈 które codziennie rano i wieczorem karmiłam 😇 nie zapomnijcie ich nakarmić , one nie mają swoich właścicieli 😌 jednym słowem jeśli chcesz odpocząć to tutaj znajdziesz wszystko co trzeba.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Sehr sauber, ruhige Lage- alles was man braucht um einen erholsamen und schönen Urlaub zu haben. Chris & Jacqueline haben zusätzlich 10 Sterne verdient für die tolle „Betreuung“. Sie haben uns sehr weitergeholfen, wenn Frage unserseits aufkamen- sei es bei organisatorischen Dingen, als auch bei Empfehlungen für Ausflüge.

Vor Ort hat alles gut funktioniert. Die Umgebung war zu unserer Zeit ruhig. Der Strand war uns zu schmutzig, es gibt aber einen Beachclub.

דירה פשוט מהממת! היינו זוג וחמש בנות, תחושה כפרית וביתית, מאובזר בכל מה שצריך, כל דבר שהיינו צריכים היה מענה מידי מבעל הדירה, מרחק הליכה של עשר דקות לחנויות ולכיוון החוף, רחוב ליד בית חב״ד, עשר דקות נסיעה לקניון, מומלץ ממש עם ילדים ובכלל…

We really enjoyed our stay! Communication with the host was smooth, quick, and friendly from the very beginning. We especially appreciated the flexibility and helpfulness with both check-in and check-out – everything went perfectly and made our stay much more relaxed. Brilliant. Wonderful house.Great location, quiet and safe. Restaurants, bars , tavernas and a small shop all local. Craft and art museum a few yards away. Close to the university. Ancient historical remains and old wall . Also very close to Green Line and 20th century UN history.All very interesting .We walked everywhere and got the local bus 2 euros 40 on one occasion.; people so helpful. Turkish zone at pedestrian Lidras crossing. Take your passport to get into this area . Loved it.

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. From the both of us, thank you Demetris and we will see you again soon

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans le logement de Suna. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis, et tout au long de notre séjour, Suna a multiplié les petites attentions qui ont rendu notre voyage encore plus agréable. Sa maman est également d'une grande gentillesse, toujours souriante. Le logement est lumineux, spacieux, parfaitement équipé : on s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi. Il est idéalement situé, à proximité des transports en commun et des commerces. Je recommande vivement cette adresse et n’hésiterai pas une seconde à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour à Chypre !

We've had a lovely stay at Angela's beach front flat. The view of the sunset from the terrace was stunning. The swimming pools were right in front of our door and very large (good for swimming) and had a stunning view of the sea. Cyprus is quite small, so it's easy and quick to get to different beaches and historic sites. Whenever we needed something, Angela was right there to assist us! Thank you ! :) The Northern part of Cyprus is very beautiful, towards Girne there are a lot of new developments being built.

The apartment sits at the end of a newly build complex still partly under construction. The area is remote but heavily under development with a lot of construction (noise was not an issue though) Close to the apartment there are restaurants and a small supermarket (to which you could walk to). The beach is less than 10 minutes away by foot and the view to the sea is immaculate. The interior seems brand new and is spotless. The place is well equipped with appliances, towels and so on. On the private rooftop, there's a pool, grill, and lots of space with sun beds for you to enjoy. Aditionally, there's a large communal pool to swim some laps.

The apartment was exactly as described. Very modern with great amenities including a washing machine. Everything worked great and the central location is a big plus. If you are a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs as a busy street is just behind the bed. Would definitely recommend and come again.
