Ruhig gelegen im Fliegerviertel trotz direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt (10min Fußweg) sowie zum Landauer Zoo (5min Fußweg) und dem Park der ehemaligen Landauer Festungsanlage (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1min Fußweg). Die Pfälzer Weinberge sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße.

The 60 square meter old town apartment was only furnished in 09/2020. It is centrally located right in the old town of Landau, and close to the market square. A large parking space is available in front of the house. You will stay in a listed building from 1900. It offers you the ideal start to explore the Palatinate and the picturesque surroundings on foot, by bike, car or public transport. And at the same time, you live in the city with cafes, restaurants and bars nearby.

In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. We are happy to open our bright, charming apartment, equipped with every modern comfort, for anyone who wants to explore the Palatinate. We offer a delicious breakfast with homemade products separately.

Experience evening sunsets in the meadow valley, walks along the Kropsbach and our outdoor pool in summer.

The climatic health resort of Edenkoben is conveniently located, has bus and train and is only a few kilometers from Neustadt a.d.W. and Landau.

This awaits you with fascinating hiking trails, an incredibly impressive flora and fauna, good food and particularly fine wines of the region. The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.
