A lovely host who makes you feel right at home,even buying some groceries for you to have. The apartment is spotlessly clean and so well furnished with quality appliances and utensils that you can use. Bedding, towels actually the works are of extremely high standards. Anand’s place is diagonally opposite to Elliot’s beach. Although there is no sea view from the apartment, the sea is right there, just downstairs! The apartment is old, but it is clean and well maintained. It is spacious and for the three of us it was luxurious. Thank you Anand, we enjoyed staying at your place and will do so again when we visit Chennai.

Had a wonderful stay at this place. The Host, Manager, Care Taker and the Security were all so prompt and helpful. This property is very close to the beach and has a very good view from the 2nd Floor. The only possible improvement I could think about is "Having some Indoor Games". This might add value. Overall we all had a very satisfying and enjoyable stay.

We have stayed in other places in Mahabalipuram on many other occasions and this is by far the most modern accommodation in the area. The place was equipped with all-new features and facilities for long stays. It is easily walkable to the beach. The rooftop hot tub is a great bonus. Host was friendly and very cooperative.

This was quite a surprise, clean, comfortable with very helpful staff. The bathrooms were very clean & the towels & linen were spotless. It was just walking distance from the beach and located close to shops but still very quiet and comfortable. The host was extremely responsive, when we checked in one of the bathroom exhaust fans was not working, it was looked at immediately and fixed. Overall a very good experience.

We had wonderful stay at the place. We particularly stayed in Flona cottage which is separate 2 Bed Room area which has private entrance and compound with Kitchen access. We have mostly everything we need like basics vessels and everything. Rooms were clean and good. Also had access to swimming pool which is shared with 2 other villas. Good area full of coconut trees and mango trees. Peaceful location as well. Pool was maintained neat. Also had basketball and TT games. Along with this we had a good size of garden area. Our Pet dog enjoyed as well. Overall good stay.

Mr Senthil is a fantastic Host. He gave clear instructions and it was so easy to check in. House was very clean and matched the photos and description as well. Apartment complex is so well maintained, extremely safe for families, especially if you are travelling with a small kid. We loved the house and can't wait to be back. Zomato is easily available and they deliver to door step.

We stayed for couple of nights for our visa stamping. Place was nice and situated in a good neighborhood. Quite at night. Lot of grocery shops around. Walkable distance to the US consulate.

My team and I had the opportunity to stay at Mr. Subramaniam's home at Chennai. This was an extended stay for a period of 5 to 6 days. First of all, Mr. Adithiya from Mr. Subramanian's team was very helpful in ensuring the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The space was super clean and is as described in the photos. The rooms were cozy and more importantly, the location is great! Ordering in food or even going to the local store did not seem difficult. Would highly recommend this property to anybody who have some work in and around Thiruvanmiyur, IIT Madras, Adyar, Guindy and thereabouts.

This is the second time I'm staying in this flat. I stayed in this flat for 5 days without any issues. Before my stay, I worried how the flat is going to be, but I felt very relaxed after entering into this flat. This apartment is a bigger community with all amenities. Flat is very neat as seen exactly in pics and Ashraf sir provided all required things before entering, including water. Everyday he checks if I'm facing any problems and ready to provide required support. He gave all instructions to keep my stay pleasant. Never felt that I'm staying in an unknown place with the way he treated his guests. He is always reachable whenever in need. Location is in prime area, very close to main road as we can get everything we need, with all shops around within the range of 5 mins walk. I like it very much and always prefer to stay next time when I come to Chennai. Thank you very much Ashraf ji for all the support and making my stay very comfortable.
