In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! The bright 60 m² apartment has 2 bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower. In one bedroom there is a double bed and in the 2nd bedroom there are 2 single beds. In the living area there is a seating area with sofa bed and TV. The kitchen includes a stove with oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. There is a small roof terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view. A parking space is available.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.
