Das komplett neu renovierte kleine Haus ist genau richtig, wenn du in einer ruhigen Gegend ganz in der Nähe des Flughafen eine passende Unterkunft suchst. Ich habe das Haus liebevoll komplett neu renoviert, damit es meinen Gästen sich wohlfühlen in dem Haus. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang und könnt dort alles benutzen was vorhanden ist. Falls etwas fehlen sollte, ich wohne im Nebenhaus und kann immer behilflich sein.

Kleines Studio im Grünen in U-Bahn Nähe zu vermieten. Eingerichtet mit Küche (inkl. Geschirrspüler), einem Badezimmer mit Dusche, einem Schlafsofa einem Schreibtisch und einem kleinen Tisch. Die Wohnung ist schlecht lärmisoliert und man kann die Nachbarn von oben hören. Bitte selber keinen Lärm machen (auch nicht laut telefonieren) da man alles nach oben hören kann. U4 UBahn Ober ST. The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

Courtyard sided, the apartment is extremely quiet and free from trafic noise. Outline, flooring, tiling and a lot of the furnituring are the product of a three year love project. The massive birchwood flooring gives a feeling of connectedness, its white lye and soap treatment make walking on it soft and soothing and the rooms bright. The light blue and white art nouveau tiling in the bathroom combined with the strong red mosaic shower impress a sunrise feeling on an everyday basis.

The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.
