A perfect place to stay for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreat and a spacious living room as well as a terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

Esther was a very welcoming and friendly host, who was very quick to respond. The apartment was firat-class; it was extremely spacious and beautifully decorated, with lots of kitchen items available. There was a lovely garden just outside the apartment for my dog to walk in when we got up each day. I would definitely love to stay there again.

We rented a cottage with a bunch of friends and everything was absolutely great. Communication with the host was fast, everything was clear. The cottage is well equipped and absolutely clean. We were very satisfied.

My stay with my family of 6 was amazing. It was very spacious. The place was exactly as described. The living room view toogood to be true. The neighbourhood was very pretty. Would really recommend it to a big group.

The house of Anita and Mathias is very beautiful, we had the fire lit and it gave a very cozy and homely atmosphere. The house is very well remodeled, the bathroom and kitchen are almost new and everything you need for a short stay. Also the surrounding is very nice and quiet, full of green and nature, we did many activities every day like; walking, going to the wildpark, spa, etc. They provided us with a very useful pdf with lots of tips for things to see and do in the surrounding area. Anita and Mathias live next door to the cabin, were always reachable and very helpful when we needed something. Happy to go again for a longer time:) highly recommended.

If you are looking for peace, quiet, a beautiful view, a beautiful apartment, a feeling of home and the owner of the apartment who answers every question immediately, this is the place. Mimi took care of every detail in her house. We felt like home down to the smallest details in the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen. The apartment is designed for a family with children who need to cook. The kitchen has everything. Good location, close to the lakes and all the attractions related to nature and water recreation. Highly recommend.

This was a great stay in a little town just outside of Saltzberg. It is an old farmhouse with many authentic items. There was plenty of room for a group of three. All of our needs were met, and our host advised us on a great restaurant for lunch.

Everything was as described, we felt very comfortable!

We were received very nicely! The pool was also well tempered and the associated shower had hot water if needed, sun loungers are also available. We spent some very nice days at the property. The place was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Nicely decorated and well appointed. Perfect location to hike directly from the accommodation but also to make excursions (e.g. Königssee or Salzburg). The beautiful place is easy to reach on foot, there are shopping and refreshment options. Dennis was very friendly and the communication was super easy. We can only recommend it!

We visited for the second time and everything was perfect again. You feel at home, it has everything you need and the view into the garden is beautiful.

The apartment is quietly and easily accessible, lovingly and modernly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. We felt at home with Ann from the first moment and enjoyed staying with her very much! Ann is a wonderful hostess, she always shared with us when we had questions, she even made an appointment for the vet at her doctor's office for us when our dog needed it. Thank you, we would love to come back!

Katharina's place was absolutely beautiful!!!! Myself, my sister and our 3 teen/ college daughters didn't want to leave! She is a lovely host offering help, kindness and service in exceptional ways. The views are absolutely amazing!!!! We loved sitting on the balcony or at dinner at the table overlooking the mountains and just taking in the beauty and peacefulness. Visiting the animals was so fun as well. She has thought of so many helpful amenities for travelers. As an interior designer, I especially appreciated the beautiful and functional interior spaces from the kitchen, living to the bedrooms and well thought out bathrooms. I highly recommend Katharina's place. She is lovely herself and her place resembles both her personal beauty and her desire to create a space for others to enjoy true respite, peace and time with the people they love. Sometimes words are not enough to describe how incredible something is, our trip was exactly this way! Amazing memories and what an amazing place! Great appartement with lots of light. Easy walk to town and great hikes in the neighborhood. Would come back for sure!

Very good host

A beautiful apartment on the edge of Fuschl with a great view of the lake! We stayed there with our dog for almost a week and felt very comfortable. The house is quietly located and is the perfect starting point for various excursions in the region. Dog owners will love the green surroundings that invite you to take walks. Very close by is an old mill where you can get fresh, traditionally baked bread once a week by pre-order. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Manuel’s place. The unit is well appointed, clean, tidy and modern. The location was superb with beautiful views of the mountains and about 3km outside of town. We highly recommend it.

Very clean place, close to everything

The house was as in the photos and the view from each windows is spectacular!! And from the balcony. There is a train track nearby so it's great to take pics. and lots of stars at night. The house was spacious and the structure was unique. Liked it! It was in a walkable location from the center. The kitchen had dishes, cups, cutleries, salt and pepper so it was easy to cook simple dishes. Bed was comfy. The ceiling in the shower is a bit slanted but no big issues (already described in the description). The road to the house was a bit narrow so we drove light a snail lol. Silke provided us clear instructions for check-in and check-out at the right timing.
