Beachfront vacation rentals in East Wittering

We had a great stay here walking a young puppy on the private beach. The surroundings are peaceful and there were plenty of friendly dogs to meet. Andrew and Kirsty were great hosts and quick to help us out when the shower needed a new washer.

Kay's apartment was absolutely superb for us and she was such a great host. She was able to provide a travel cot and high chair at the last minute as silly grandparents had forgotten to pack them. It was no problem for Kay and she'd got it in position by the time we arrived, for which we were all extremely grateful. The apartment is located in a great spot with direct views over the estuary and Arun yacht club and a 5 minute walk from the beach and high st! We were greeted with a lovely basket containing sourdough bread, homemade biscuits, milk, jam, marmalade as well as plenty of tea bags, coffee & sugar! All the beds were comfortable as was the sofa and easy chairs in the lounge/diner. We all would recommend the local fish & chip shop Osca's as the food there was fantastic!

Een fijn appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Een prachtige badkamer met fijne regendouche en handdouche. Het bed was ook top, we hebben goed geslapen. Het enige om rekening mee te houden is dat je een paar trappen omhoog moet. Vanuit het appartement is het museum The D-Day Story op loopafstand en het bezoeken waard. In 35 minuten lopen ben je bij The Spinnaker Tower en Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. In de buurt van het appartement zijn voldoende restaurants en een supermarkt. Het is een fijne plek om te verblijven. Wij hebben genoten.

Great location ideal for dogs as the house is straight on the beach. Dog friendly pub a stones throw away allocated parking spot round the back of house Thank you Claire!!

We agreed with all the previous reviews, and would like to add, Elmer is a great place to visit, and the proximity to the beach is fabulous. Robs information was second to none!! The walks were breath taking. Our special visit was Arundel, the castle, gardens, and town were amazing. Ok, now for our one grump, the fridge is a bit small!!! i know, ridiculous but we didn't know whether to put the wine or the milk in the door, so had to drink the wine, and put the milk in the fridge....sorted. By the way, the welcome basket was very much appreciated.

Beautiful house in lovely area. Location would be hard to better, 5 minute walk to sea and a little further to shops/restaurants. The house is very well equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. We particularly loved the secure gated parking area and the very modern, spacious kitchen.

Beautiful place with views of the beach, all felt very new and clean. Right next to a lively pub only thing was slightly overwhelming check out rules (hard to have done the dishwasher and emptied it all by 10am before checking out, and expecting guests who’ve paid £500+ to strip all the beds and put all bedding and towels in a laundry bag felt a bit OTT).

The property is absolutely immaculate. It is more spacious than the photos suggest. The beach is literally at the end of the drive. Such a convenient spot. And the beds!! Well, if you don’t sleep well here then you won’t sleep well anywhere. Great place. Great host. Great time.

A lovely place with an amazing view of the Solent. One afternoon we just spent with the doors open in the sunshine watching the boats come in and out. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything I needed to cook the meals, and everything was clean throughout. A really nice break, and would absolutely recommend.

It was everything we needed for a family break with kids. It was near Lidl and other useful shops. We didn't need to use the parks swimming pool because the beach was on the bus route and near by. Glynis was very helpful and friendly. Unlike other caravan holidays I've been on, this one was very generous in supplying towels, hand wash, loads of toilet roll and washing up liquid. Lots of board games for kids in drawers. Excellent.

the caravan was clean and everything we needed was provided e.g cups, plates, cooking utensils, washing up liquid and clothes. the bedrooms were a good size and fairly comfortable beds. the caravan was in a great location the facilities were brilliant and we found out they had entertainment every night which was brilliant if you didn't want to leave the park. the decking outside the caravan was perfect for evening dinner and just to relax whilst the sunsets. I would definitely come back and Steven was very quick to respond if I needed any help

We had a great stay in Louisa’s caravan. The location was great, right next to the swimming pool, restaurants and beach. The place had all we needed for a great week away and the weather was great too! Day trip to the beach at West wittering was great.

We loved staying in the boathouse. Ideal for a family with children. Wonderful location looking over the creek . We didn’t hear the ferry which is 5 minutes away. We liked the sound of children playing on the other side of the creek. The pool area was recently upgraded. The property is well equipped and comfortable. Catherine was an excellent host who looked after every detail professionally.

We loved the apartment - it was spotless, spacious, and in the most gorgeous seafront location. Hosts had fab communication too. We love the area and will definitely visit again in the future ☺️

We really enjoyed our holiday at Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park. Rosie’s accommodation was excellent. It had everything it said it would. It was clean, well maintained and welcoming. Rosie advised on the local amenities and was extremely friendly to deal with. Would definitely stay there again.

Thanks to Wendy and Barry for a lovely stay at The Hideaway. It is a delightful little place and they have thought of every practical thing needed for a comfortable stay, including some welcome treats! We have no hesitation in recommending The Hideaway for a break in Hampshire.

Wonderful location, super friendly hosts. Easy to get in, lots of ameneties nearby. Was clean, and beautifully decorated. The fire on the Saturday night whilst having dinner was a real treat. 4 humans and one little dog loved it and will definitely be going back!

The property was just as described, beautiful clean and tidy kitchen. The seating at the Georgian window had views of the sea. The sun shone in and was delightful. The hot tub was well used by the family, they enjoyed it very much. Beds were comfy and well presented. The coffee machine was great. A lovely break for the bank holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at Fisherman’s Loft and so glad we found this absolute gem for our holiday. David & Sarah are the perfect hosts and their attention to detail is fantastic and it feels so homely. We loved the views out to sea and despite the weather not being great we had some lovely days out across the island. We would definitely recommend a stay here to recharge and relax in the most perfect little seaside accommodation.

Myself and our family of 5 with 3 dogs stayed at the property, and it’s quite hard to sum up the stay we had… other than perfect. This beautiful property located on the sea front, enables us to explore the nearby scenery and activities (crabbing went down well for the children) or make the most of the outdoor seating area and soak up the sun and view, we people watched all after noon and watched the world go by. Beautiful property (photos do not do it justice) and we certainly will be returning (neither of us wanted to return home after a relaxing bank holiday 3 might stay). Beautiful location on the edge of the beach. Amazing view from sitting room and main bedroom. Light and airy house with all amenities and more. Debby answered all queries immediately. Highly recommend.

Great apartment in a perfect location! The apartment is exactly as in the photos and the view from the living room on a sunny morning is perfect. Chris was responsive on messages upon booking and checked a few times before checking in we had everything we needed. There was no issues at all so no need for us to reach out for any further help. First time visiting the Isle of Wight and already can’t wait to come back. Thanks for a great stay ☺️

This is the best location on the island. Perfect view over the Esplanade and the sea but still peaceful and private. Near to great coast walks and the town centre. Comfy beds, plenty of comfortable sofas and chairs, great outdoor furniture on the balcony, well equipped kitchen and lovely bathrooms. Dawn was friendly and responsive. Couldn’t fault it! A wonderful place in every way.
