We recently stayed here for the first time and we just loved it, in fact we have re-booked for all our future 2025 work trips to Newmarket. The space actually feels like a house, it is very big. The photos do not do the place justice. It is large, bright, airy, clean, freshly painted and renovated with 2 washrooms, one that is above and beyond what I have ever seen at AirBnB. Fully equipped kitchen and just an overall very nice environment. The furniture was all super comfortable - the space was just terrific. And the hosts were very friendly, super helpful, accommodating - I can’t say enough. They live on site in the main floor apt which we really liked because it seemed like much more care was put in to the experience than an Airbnb with an off site owner. Minutes walk to the hospital, historic Main Street, children’s park, bike paths - lovely neighbourhood and very quiet. Thank you so much Lili!

Romali was a wonderful and responsive host. We stayed here during a family trip to Canada’s Wonderland. The home is spacious with 2 living room spaces, an eat in kitchen area and a large dining room table. Check in was super easy. We appreciate Romali for his hospitality. We stayed at Dylan’s place for the weekend with 13 adults and 4 kids. There was enough rooms and beds for all of us with adequate bedding and space. The house was clean and well equipped for our weekend! Before the stay we had lots of questions and Dylan was very responsive and answered everything in a timely manner and with lots of details. He was always following up during the weekend as well. The dock is beautiful and amazing! It was a bit buggy but that’s expected near the waters. We used the kayaks and boat and had a wonderful time!

Cathy's place is amazing!! 🤩 The place was very clean, and had everything you need for perfect getaway. The hot tub was very nice, and we enjoyed the sauna. Cathy provides everything from making bonfire and s'mores to going to the beach. All instructions were really clear, and we got the chance to meet Cathy and chat to find out more about the place and things around. We will definitely book this place again! It is such a great find. Francis's place was one of the best air B&B's that we have stayed it. it is located in a beautiful neighborhood that is easy to get to. The space was immaculate, and felt right at home. The beds are comfy, and the space had everything we needed. Francis was easy to communicate with. Would 100% stay here again

We absolutely loved our stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place! From the moment we walked in, we were very impressed by this clean, cozy, and beautifully-furnished home-away-from-home. Our hosts thought of everything, and were friendly, responsive and helpful. Their place is complete with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, in addition to some additional thoughtful, special touches. We had fun playing some of the many available board games, and found it so peaceful to sit in their quiet backyard, surrounded by trees. We LOVED lounging in the beautiful hot tub. Next time we’re in Coldwater, we would definitely stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place again! Highly recommend!

We were in the area for a dance competition. Lisa’s place was perfect! The bed was cozy and comfortable! We appreciated the full kitchen and modern living room, which felt like home. The space was bright and well-lit. We enjoyed walking our dog in the neighbourhood. Lisa was so kind! She left us breakfast, snacks, and even dog toys! She also accommodated an early check-in. Thank you so much! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The suite is spacious, clean and equipped well. The beds were nice and firm with lots of blankets. it's a great place to relax after a super busy day. The hosts were also super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home with classy decor. Home was cozy but scantily equipped with needed kitchen amenities. Be sure to read the house rules before booking! House rules are unnecessarily excessive, makes it uncomfortable to get that "home away from home" experience, so read the house rules before booking! Host must have had unpleasant situations with guests in the past. The house is gorgeously decorated and pristine, should be featured in a home magazine for real. Overall, we had a great stay!

I had the pleasure of returning to this wonderful Airbnb, and it was just as amazing as I remembered, if not better. She was incredibly responsive to all my questions, ensuring everything was perfect for my stay. Her warmth and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless and inviting. Our group had a great stay at Mina’s place! The home was exactly as pictured — clean, spacious, and really comfortable for a group. We were very happy with our stay. Nice neighborhood, clean home, responsive host. A few more kitchen supplies would have been appreciated as there were very few bowls, spoons, and cooking supplies. However, there was a lovely supply of spices, tea, and even ziplock bags and cooking spray.

Stayed here the night before my wedding with my groomsmen. On the wedding morning we had the photographer come to take our pictures. The place was beautiful and looked really good in photos. It was spacious and overall very nice. The host was very accommodating with everything and responded quickly. Glad I picked this place.

Patricks place was a perfect mini get away thats close around the city! We absolutely loved how private and spacious his place is. The pool and sauna was needed on a hot day! Definitely will come back again!

We recently stayed at this property while attending a graduation in Oshawa with a large group of 9 adults and 6 children. The space was spacious and able to comfortably accommodate our group, which was a huge plus. What truly stood out was how responsive and accommodating the hosts were throughout our stay. Anytime we had a concern or request, they responded promptly and made every effort to ensure we were comfortable. That level of attentiveness really made a difference for us. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the hosts for being so engaged and supportive!

Beautiful and serene neighborhood - we really enjoyed our daily walks there. Lots of different types of restaurants and grocery stores - only minutes of drive away. The house is better than advertised, wonderfully spacious, and well designed with 7 bedrooms, 7 beds, 7 baths, perfect for family reunions or groups of friends. Susan was a great host. Her instructions and responses were timely, concise, and easy to follow. We had a magnificent time in the house and will definitely stay in it if it is available when we come back in the future.
