Located on 5th floor - you will get your daily excercise and have a bright apartment on the top of the building - notice that there is no elevator. Nice backyard. Very centrally placed so there can occassionally be a bit noise from the street. Unfortunately no air condition.

Huset har 4 etager (+ hems) med to sove-værelser (hver med dobbeltseng) med tilhørende badeværelse. Desuden mulighed for 4 sovepladser på hems og i stue. Der er forhave og baghave: i alt en unik bolig som fantastisk basis for skøn oplevelse af København.

The house is a 5-minute walk from the S-train station and a 15-minute drive from Copenhagen city center. There is forest and beach within cycling distance. There are shopping and restaurant options within cycling and walking distance. Please note that we have a very friendly dog that can be in the garden when we are home

You are welcome to bring your dog.
