Had an amazing stay in St Leonards and the flat was lovely, with views of the ocean and only a 5 minute walk to nearby stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!!

The property was lovely and very cool, which was nice as it was 30c on the day we came! Diane was a great host and made everything super simple for us when checking in with really helpful directions would definitely stay again!

Lovely spacious cottage matching description and photos. Town centre so easily walkable to the beach, high street and Deal’s many restaurants and bars. Janey’s cottage has everything you’d need if you want to cook, and the back garden is a lovely private sheltered space to spend time outdoors. Communication from Janey was friendly and helpful and it was easy to check in via the lockbox.

Albion House was the perfect venue for our 3 generation gathering. 6 adults, 1 toddler & 2 dogs were perfectly at home with plenty of space. The location is perfect, right on the beach with easy parking & a selection of good eateries just around the corner. We would highly recommend Loaf for breakfast, Docker Bar for a fine range of local craft beer & Fat Raj for a top quality & fresh curry. The only problem was our stay was too short. Nick is very quick to respond & was extremely helpful with regard to flexible arrival & departure. Th

This is one of those rare places that is actually better in real life compared to the photos! The views over the bay are spectacular and we were very comfortable in this stylish, impeccably clean property. It had everything we needed for a great long weekend. Big plus also that the beach directly outside the property is dog friendly. Thanks again!

This is a great place to stay for a short break or a working visit to Margate. Everything I needed for my stay in a nice location close to the seafront.Will definitely be back.

We had a fabulous stay at Laurence's - 5 star, everything was lush. As a host, Laurence was excellent and very responsive and flexible. Highly recommended stay!

We stopped in Herne Bay between stays in big cities for a vacation from our vacation. It was wonderful. The apartment is so cozy and perfect. The view is unmatchable. We found a little carnival on the pier on Sunday late morning/early afternoon. So relaxing! Would love to come back some day.

Logement très bien situé à proximité de la plage et du centre ville . Nous avons passé un très bon week-end en famille. Les ados (et les grands parents ) ont pu profiter de la piscine qui est très spacieuse et agréable . Le logement est très bien équipé et bien décoré . Nous avons pu également profiter de la terrasse extérieure et de son barbecue. Toute la famille était contente de son séjour de l accueil par Frédérique avec pleins de petites attentions très agréables et jusqu au départ où nous avons pu rester jusqu au dimanche après midi. Nous recommandons ce logement qui est idéal pour un week-end end en famille et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir .

We had a wonderful stay at Gills caravan. It was spotlessly clean and had a well equipped kitchen. ( we like cooking) The rooms were very comfy and the outside space was a plus in the sunshine. Gill was extremely helpful and friendly and the area was very dog friendly with loads of lovely walks straight from the site. It was our first time In The area and we will definitely be back. Perfekter Abschluss unseres zweiwöchigen England Urlaubs. Die Nähe zum Fähre Dover ist unschlagbar. Die Ferienwohnung bietet einen wunderschönen Blick ins Grüne. St Margarets bietet schöne Restaurants und eine beeindruckenden Blick auf die Kreidefelsen. Wendy ist eine freundliche und proaktive Gastgeberin mit tollen Vorschlägen für Aktivitäten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

This house has absolutely everything you could ever want or need. Swimming pool is great and heated to a perfect temp for the kids. House is enormous and every little thing seems to have been thought of by the hosts including extras such as dressing gowns for all guests, soap, shampoo and a hairdryer in every room. Location is right on the coast with great views out the front of the sea. Garden is lovely. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Alan and Bill

Had a lovely mini break away at Kimberley’s place. Felt right at home straight away and the location was perfect for seaside walks, popping to the near seaside towns and watching the beautiful sunsets this area of the North Kent coast is famous for. The home was well equipped with everything you could possibly need, the beds were really comfortable and I loved the little touch of leaving some bread, butter & milk, snacks and a hot drinks station. Loved it so much that we’ve already booked to go back again in the Summer so I think that says it all! Thankyou Kimberley, you were the perfect host! 😊

Lovely place, within walking distance to the amenities, very clean, loved the games in the cupboard. Very well equipped and the bunny population was an added bonus! We highly recommend

We stayed here with our nearly 4 year old son & it was amazing. It was just like the photos, beautifully styled. The view was beautiful (I sent a photo to my friend & she thought we were somewhere in the Mediterranean). We arrived after reception closed so couldn’t register our car. I contacted Monica & also emailed reception. We just registered the car in the morning. We took a chance with the slanted ceilings as my partner is 6ft4 but he wasn’t bothered by it and downstairs is spacious. The pool was closed as it needed work done to it, obviously it was something out of Monica’s control, but she communicated this to us as soon as she found out & she was very helpful. Monica was responsive & helpful the whole time. She was always so friendly. When a bulb went, she got it replaced so quickly. The WiFi wasn’t working (provider’s fault) & Monica regularly kept us updated, but it was actually nice to disconnect for a few days. We had a lovely stay & our son is desperate to go back.

Daniel’s place was the perfect flat in the perfect location. Comfortable bed, nice shower, beautiful views and everything you need just where you need it. Great value for a night away. Thank you

Kényelmes pihenési lehetőség (kényelmes ágy, jacuzzi, pihenőágy a teraszon). Remek kávéfőző van a házban, kávéval feltöltve. Könnyen megközelíthető, remek fürdőhely és kirandulóhely a közelben. A jakuzzit figyelmesen mindennap takarítják. Maxime és Julie tapintatos, figyelmes és segítőkész volt.

We really enjoyed staying in Liana and Clive's flat. It was really clean and had everything that we needed. The garden was great for our 2 year old. The location is amazing! It's directly opposite a beautiful sandy beach, with other nearby sandy beaches easily accessible by foot or by car. Broadstairs is less than 10 mins drive away. We had two cars between us so luckily we were able to use the neighbour's space too throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

we had a lovely stay at Joshua's apartment. lovely decor and falling asleep with the waves - just perfect! We definitely picked the right time of year. Mid May. The height of summer maybe very busy as next door to amusement arcade. Overall highly recommend and don't forget something to sit on to enjoy the view as no table or chairs provided on the decked area.

If you want sea and beach views together with convenience of being close to town with its various pubs, local bakery and restaurants then this is the place to be. The balcony is great for people watching, sea views and sunsets: the weather was great. Thanks, Josie.

Chris’s chalet is wonderful, everything about it is just so lovely, the garden, the birds, the decor, the very comfy beds, the amazing view from the wall to wall windows overlooking the beach with the sea beyond. Chris was a great host, communication was helpful and easy to understand. The lovely little town of Whitstable is only a 10 minute drive, wish we’d booked for longer. We are planning to return .

This is such a great flat if you want to have a fun stay in Margate. The views from the front window is just breathtaking. It’s central and you can walk easily to bars & restaurants as well as Dreamland. With the sun shining it felt like a weekend break in the riviera. Sara is a great host ⭐️
