Yvonne’s place was exactly as listed. It was in a quiet neighborhood and was spacious with off street parking. She was quick to respond to questions and her instructions were clear and concise. It was exactly the type of space I was looking for and I’d stay here again. It was also super close to where I needed to be, the beach was an easy drive, and it was easy to navigate to here to restaurants in other areas of Jacksonville.

The location was perfect! A 10-minute walk to the beach and conveniently located near a supermarket. We had everything we needed during our stay! The space was big enough for a group of 3 people, and the kitchen was fully kitted out. The only thing we found a little inconvenient was the lack of a full-length mirror (but we were a group of college-aged girls travelling, so this probably wouldn't be an issue for most people). Kayla was a great host, and we would 100% stay again!

Initially was going to stay at a 4 star hotel. Found this place at a great price and definitely more worth the stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Many restaurants in the area. A super Walmart is a 5min walk from this place.

Cynthia’s Oasis provided my daughter and I with a beautiful place to stay while evacuating SWFL during Hurricane Milton. We didn’t venture out much, but food delivery service was able to locate us without any problem. Cynthia provided us with multiple ways to reach her in the event we needed anything and even had a large bowl of fruit waiting for us in the dining area (although it did take us a day and a half to realize the fruit WAS real and not just decoration). Great sidewalks and grassy area to take the dog for walks too! Can’t wait to plan another visit to Jacksonville (under better circumstances, of course) and stay at her residence again. Luke was a wonderful host, and accommodated my family so well. Everything was clean, we had lots of fun. The neighbors were also friendly. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a place to stay with great amenities. Thanks Luke for everything!

Nicole's place is perfect. The pictures do not do it justice, especially the view from the balcony. Beautiful view, and you're only steps away from the beach. I would highly recommend and I hope to be returning. Nicole made sure my stay was perfect and checked in to make sure everything was okay. ☺️

I absolutely loved Ciara’s home I wish I could take this Airbnb everywhere I went!!!! I’ll always book her home if it’s available when I return to Jacksonville. It was perfect it reminded me of home ! Very clean ! Very cozy ! Ciara made sure there were plenty of clean towels and linen and I was amazed at how well the kitchen was stocked ! What a wonderful stay !!!! On a scale of 1-10 I’d rate Ciara’s place a perfect 20 . It’s a must !!!!

Julie’s place was a great find. Super convenient to the beach, quiet, and surrounded by friendly people. It almost felt like a little pocket world outside of Jacksonville—peaceful and relaxed, yet still just a short drive to everything the city has to offer. The studio layout worked perfectly for our family. No separate bedrooms, but the kids loved sleeping on the pullout right next to us. Julie provides a very helpful guidebook with recommendations. We enjoyed a great meal at V’s nearby—highly recommend. All in all, a very easy and pleasant stay. Would absolutely come back.

Fantastic place to stay for a couple. If we are ever back in the area this will definitely be our first stop. Pinky was a fantastic host she was very helpful and if we needed anything she was very accommodating!

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

Lola was a wonderful host! The place was super clean and well decorated. It felt very comfy and like a home away from home! Lola makes sure you have everything you need. We had one issue during our stay and it was fixed by the next day! Would highly recommend staying with Lola!

I have stayed at Andrews properties several times. They are right near all the attractions in san marco, and well within budget.

This place is perfect. Perfectly clean. Perfectly stocked. Perfectly located. Quiet surroundings, yet so much to do around you. Friendly neighbors. The bed was very comfortable. Beach chairs were an added bonus. Just lovely. This is our third Airbnb in Jax Beach in about a years time and by far it was the best! Definitely hope to return.
