The event I travelled to attend was within walking distance and most importantly I felt like I was at home even though I wasn't. The location was ideal with easy access to both the French side and key areas of the Dutch side (via private vehicle. I am unfamiliar with the public transportation system in this area). Heather was very friendly and accommodating and always available if anything was needed. The flat was clean and comfortable, making it a solid base for exploring the island.

Great place to stay! Ideal for a solo traveler, manageable for two people. Incredible location: up on a hill away from noise, close to amenities, safe, breezy and offers an amazing view from the cozy balcony. The host could not be a kinder person, communicative, attentive and ready to help. The drive up the hill is not so bad. 4wd is ideal, but even a smaller economy car can climb it just fine in dry conditions. Highly recommended!
