Vacation rentals with a patio in Durtal

Our stay went very well. The accommodation is great for families, very well equipped and easy to access. Communication with hosts was perfect. The tram is next to the accommodation, if you want to avoid taking your car.

The one-room apartment is really very nice and exceptionally tastefully furnished. You can see that an architect was at work here with attention to detail. We felt very at home for a week and enjoyed Saumur and the surroundings from here. The apartment is fully recommended without restrictions. Only the house entrance and the staircase are unsuitable for people with mobility impairments.

The stay at Jacques and Nelly's was great, arriving by train for the GP motorcycle race, Jacques with kindness and sympathy came to greet us at the station. Arriving at the impeccable accommodation with the necessary (towel, shampoo, shower gel, etc.), even small things in the fridge. I would recommend this place, with great hosts, we will be happy to come back for new adventures in Le Mans. Maxime and Anastasia

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was very lovingly decorated, had high-quality kitchen appliances, very comfortable mattresses and was very large. The only small negative point: Unfortunately, there was no direct access for us (AirBnB) from the garage via the courtyard into the house. You had to walk around the block. But overall highly recommended!!

Clean and equipped house Perfect

Nicolas' apartment was perfect and as described. Easy to find, it offered convenient parking for our car and a bike rack. I loved the high ceilings and decor, and it was sparkling clean. Great stay at Olivier's, in his very nice house, ideal for a stay with a large group, with friends and family. The house has comfortable, well-appointed and equipped common areas for good shared moments. When the weather is nice, the outdoor spaces, very well maintained and landscaped, have several "corners" for meals, naps or moments around the pool, clean and well heated. Finally, the rooms are well decorated, each with a bathroom, allowing you to preserve privacy when you want to step back from the collective ;-) Finally, Olivier is a thoughtful and responsive host! In short, everything is done to make the stay as pleasant as possible!

Perfect accommodation for our overnight stay for the 24 Hours of Le Mans. We appreciated the clear instructions and the quality of the accommodation. The folded towels and provisions on the beds were the little extra that makes you happy when you arrive. If you are visiting the area, the house is ideal.

we only stayed here for 1 night and we arrived late and had to leave very early, but it was luckily still daylight so we caught a lovely view of the river and surroundings. beautiful location! very peaceful, especially in the garden. there's no air con so we struggled to sleep but we are English and aren't used to hot weather! Natacha has said she'll provide fans which I think will be a great help for when it's very hot. the house is very spacious, with two really good size bedrooms. the downstairs is lovely and airy. thanks for the dog treats too, our pup loved them. and for the wine/drinks left in the fridge. wish we had been able to stay for longer.

Gite de Cours - Chateau d' Hommes was a lovely place to stay. Albine and Hubert were great hosts - friendly, welcoming and quick to help with any queries or advice we were seeking, but respectful of our privacy too. The gite is better than it looks in the photos with LOADS of space (inside and out), so we were able to relax instantly, and to stay relaxed for the next two weeks. Most of the Chateaux in this area are a 30 minute drive or more, but we visited plenty and still found time for some great lake-based fun nearby at two separate locations. We also loved the well signposted forest trail (3 different length walks) straight from the gite. If we come back to this part of France, we'd definitely book again!

We had a lovely, quiet time in the very nicely located house. The property is so overgrown and green that you can really feel like you are "in the forest"; various birds sing, the church bells are perceptible in the background - it is a bit like another world. Within walking distance is a small boulangerie, so virtually "around the corner" with baguette and cake. A big supermarket at the end of the village. Within walking distance is a public, large boule court. There is a pharmacy, restaurants and the impressive bridge over the Loire to the opposite bank. The house has a very nice little terrace with a large umbrella - wonderful also in the strong sun for eating and lingering. A beautiful view of the valley and Gennes. We enjoyed our vacation in the house/garden and highly recommend it. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great stay at Valerie and Benoît's!! Great welcome: nice, accurate, efficient! Then the hosts let us enjoy the whole place in peace and freedom and especially the pool👍!! We strongly recommend!
