Quiet, rural setting. Surrounded by nature in a historic town. Spacious private studio. Queen bed ( playpen, inflatable toddler bed & high chair on request) Full kitchen& full bath. Large deck, off street parking. Conveniently located half way between NYC and Boston. You can be in either in about 2 hours. An hour from RI beaches . A very central location. Connecticut has much to see and explore. The Connecticut River, the Housatonic River and our extensive shoreline. So much to see and do!

House is 1 block from Wesleyan and 2 blocks from food/fun on Main St, so you don’t need to use your car to visit Wesleyan or get to anything in town since the location is very walkable. Laundry, dishwasher, tv with roku, dvd player and dvd’s, books, bluetooth radio, wifi, front porch and back yard seating, close to Rt 9, I-91, Rt 84, Hartford and short drive to beaches/shoreline/I-95.

Absolutely the best Airbnb I’ve been to. Everything was beautiful and clean. The house is perfect and I loved every part of it. Everything is arranged like a hotel and even smells like one. The area is close to all the major parts of the city. Marc-Antony kept me updated every step of the way and answered all my questions. Such a kind and welcoming host. I came to take the MCAT and the I was so at peace there that I felt relief from all my anxiety about the test. Thank you so much for such an amazing stay, I’ll be back for sure!

We had a great time! The unit is very clean and comfortable and has everything you would need. The unit is exactly as pictured and described. The outdoor amenities (hot tub, deck and grill) are a huge bonus. The outdoor space is so calm and serene. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and there are plenty of food/dining options within driving distance in lieu of a full kitchen (which is already described). Delicious lobster rolls are only a few minutes away via car which is great! While we were there we visited Lake Compounce as well as the USS Nautilus - that was fun! Suzanne is such a kind and wonderful host. She made our stay extra pleasant and was always available to answer questions or provide anything necessary. She provided a snack basket which came in handy and was much appreciated. Her dog,Molly, is a sweet dog and we enjoyed her company. We are so grateful for Suzanne and her warm hospitality :) Thank you once again!

We stay here often, and always find something new to appreciate. It's been a chilly spring, but thankfully, the wood stove kept us all cozy. Being up in the trees, we could hear so many unique birds! We usually cook, but found the local restaurants in Guilford to be quite good. I say it every time, but it's always the getaway my family needs with the right amount of nature to escape, without sacrificing too many creature comforts. It's our happy place!

Maria was an amazing host. She went above and beyond making the space inviting and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean and updated. The bed was so comfortable! The kitchen was spotless and equipped to cook. Maria took the time to make sure we had everything we needed and was extremely friendly and inviting. It was hard to leave we felt so at home! I would definitely stay here again for a night away!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Sweet Spot. It’s a cozy studio in-law apartment built off the main home. The apartment was clean and well kept. We had the pleasure of meeting our host, Bridget, and she shared that they had recently converted the space from a sun room into an apartment. We didn’t have the opportunity to meet Collette. Location is prime as it’s close to downtown Middletown, Wesleyan University, as well as easy access to Route 9. Being close to Main St. made it easy for us to get up in the morning and grab a quick breakfast before heading out for the day. The neighborhood they are in is peaceful, located in a residential area. Would book again.

Overall, I had a good stay at Ronnie’s place in Meriden. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable trip. It was in a convenient location—easy to get around and close to restaurants and stores. The only small downside was that the bed could’ve been a bit more comfortable. Not a major issue, just something to note. All in all, it was a solid stay and a good value for the price.
