It is also very well connected, near Dúrcal and Padul where you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. 20 minutes from Granada, 40 from Sierra Nevada, 25 from the Costa Tropical and 15 from Lanjarón, gateway to the Alpujarras. The house is very cozy and spacious with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room and living room.

It is equipped with underfloor heating and ceiling fans.
