Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Our beautiful, exclusive, newly renovated 2-room apartment on the first floor is quietly located with beautiful distant/mountain views in Durach, 5 km away from Kempten, 30 minutes' drive to the mountains. All the amenities of daily needs can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Our sun-drenched "jewelry box" is about 40 square meters with a separate entrance. Beautiful hours can be spent on the sun terrace (southwest orientation) accessible from the SZ and the living room.

So my apartment is perfect for those who want to relax, enjoy the Allgäu, or discover the mountains sporty!

A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
