KisKas - eco riparian foresthouse

A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.

A szálláshelyünket igyekeztünk a lehető legotthonosabbra berendezni, hogy a vendégeink kényelmesen és jól érezzék magunkat. Éjszakára nagy franciágy várja, memóriás matraccal, antiallergén párnákkal. Két fotel gondoskodik a napközbeni pihenésről, amiből kényelmesen nézhetik a led tv-t, ahol több mint 100 csatorna elérhető. A lakásban Wi-fi-s internet található. Pécs abszolút központjában, a Széchenyi tértől 4 perc sétára található. Amire szüksége lehet ,rövid sétával be tudja szerezni. Az 1800-as években épült, 2020-ban teljesen felújított, egyedi stílusú, 4m belmagasságú 76 m2-es nagypolgári lakás. A szálláshely körül több őrzött parkoló található. A lakás hálószobával, konyha-nappalival, nagy fürdőszobával, és egy különálló WC-vel rendelkezik. A lakásban van wifi, kábel TV, és klíma.

U bent een fan van vissen, kanoën of u houdt gewoon van water od zwemmen dan bent u van harte welkom in het Hongaarse Vissershuisje. Het kleine en gezellige houten Vissershuisje is gelegen op maar 150 meter van de Donau. Een wandeling van 5 minuten en u kunt de hengel uitwerpen, kanoe te water laten en heerlijk kanoën. Overdag lekker aktief bezig zijn en dan ontspannen in het comfortabel houten Vissershuisje.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

Studio apartment on ground floor. Recently renovated, decorated using modern furniture. Our main concern was to create a cosy place to relax and hang back.

Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Többi apartmanunkhoz hasonlóan itt is próbáltunk egyedi dizájnt létrehozni és úgy érezzük ez sikerült is, de ezt ne mi döntsük el. Gyere, próbáld ki ! :)
