This spot is a good find: clean, modern, perfect for a couple, strong shower pressure, big closet for your things, enclosed patio for you, and easy keypad. My only complaint would be the parking (always felt like I was blocking driveways or narrow street passage) and the apartment temperature. Its not controllable so it was always chilly for us, even in June. Luckily, the owner provides a space heater, which saved the day. Thank you for having us!

Kathy & Jason are wonderful hosts! In no particular order: Their guest suite is warm and inviting. I love the beach themed decor! Every room is sparkling clean. The walk-in bedroom closet is a great feature!! This guest suite also includes a lovely, cozy patio outside where you can relax at the beginning or end of the day. The neighborhood is quiet. Most points of interest in Stafford are a short car ride away. Kathy & Jason also included a booklet highlighting points of interest in town, great recommendations for local restaurants, etc. I will definitely book with Kathy & Jason the next time I am in town!

Definitely book please if you are in the Stafford Virginia area as soon as you walk in you feel at home and you feel a piece of tranquility not only is Michael and Ryan amazing and the cats are amazing as well with all their different personalities. Miles is our buddy for sure, and you can’t go wrong with the vibes if you know what I mean. Bed is extremely comfortable and bathroom, spotless and definitely a peaceful environment and community. Thank you, Michael and Ryan so much. We really appreciate you.

Alex has done a lot to create a great space for guests with little amenities like an iron, extra blankets, a fold out table, etc. I stayed with her for a couple months and I can say that I got used to it very easily. Having your own bathroom and kitchenette is a huge plus. Alex is willing to help out with things with laundry and the kitchenette as needed if you're staying long term. Everything was quiet and I never had to interact with the guests since you essentially have your own bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette all to yourself. The area isn't bad and I saw plenty of families out and about in my time there. It's right next to a small park too. I would've extended it if I could've. All in all a great experience

Jenny’s place was great. Extremely clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed. It felt very private and relaxing. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

The living room features high ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light. A stone fireplace is positioned centrally, surrounded by two comfortable sofas and two chairs. A coffee table rests atop a natural fiber rug, complemented by a potted plant in the corner.
