Apartamentul este situat central la 200 m de Muzeul de istorie , la parterul unui bloc de 4 nivele . Așezarea lui centrala face ca principalele obiective turistice ale orașului sa fie in imediata apropiere la doar 5-10 min de mers pe jos . Apartamentul are bucatarie complet utilată . Fumatul nu este permis in apartament dar se pate fuma pe balconul apartamentului. Pentru oaspeții care călătoresc cu trenul sau autobuzul menționam ca proprietatea se afla la 500 m de gara / autogara
