Lovely house in Pagadian city

Located in a private subdivision near Pagadian city airport,very secure area with 24 hrs security guard, very clean and quiet area. The house has 3 bedrooms fully airconditioned. Master's bedroom located downstairs with ensuite hot/cold shower and upstairs bedroom all air conditioned with shared bathrooms.Living area is fully airconditioned with 42 inches smart tv and cable . We have a private van that can be hire daily if guests required.

A secured key box is mounted on the wall, featuring a numeric keypad with clearly labeled buttons. The box is black with a hinged lid, ensuring ease of access for guests to retrieve keys.

They were able to accommodate our guests last minute. There was a bit of a problem with the a/c and water on the second day of the stay. The neighbors were really nice.

I have stayed at their two properties I guess about 6 times now. Thus far I have not found a nicer place to stay in Pagadian. This stay was just over 2 weeks. I really like the neighborhood and of course the unit. Comfortable, spacious and makes one feel at home. Great owners and hosts. I often use the stores at the end of the drive, both are awesome but use the one across the street the most. Just a note: One thing I will mention to the down side, the property next-door has multiple dogs that bark sometimes during the day and sometimes early morning-night, but the aircon covers most of that if you're in the bedroom. I've gotten use to it.
