This cozy studio style cottage sleeps 2 guests. It has a queen bed and a full bath w/ shower. There is a washing machine in the cabin & outdoor clothes line for drying. *Laundry detergent is NOT provided* We are dog friendly --NO additional fee. (NO CATS ALLOWED). TV Steaming provided (Hulu live, Amazon Prime, Netflix and Apple TV). *An AWD/4WD VEHICLE IS A MUST DURING WINTER AND EARLY SPRING! YOU SHOULD HAVE WINTER TIRES WITH GOOD TREAD (not all season). We are located 100 yards from the downtown area, and 300 yards from Lake Flower, but in a nice residential spot. We grow our own food in our front yard and on our large porch. House is over 100 years old, comfortably furnished. Style is "Early American Garage Sale." Very close to canoe and kayak rentals, and minutes away from 3 boat launches and boat rentals. 1 block from new Adirondack RAIL TRAIL. Your hosts were involved in eco-tourism for many years and can provide a wealth of information.

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Cozy Mountain Chalet in Jay, NY on beautiful Glen Road. Only .7 miles to the Jay Covered Bridge, 3 miles to the Jay Mountain summit trail head, 7 miles to Whiteface Mountain, and 16 miles to Lake Placid. Keene and Keene Valley trail heads are only minutes away. The cabin has 3 acres of wooded property with a front driveway as well as a back access drivweway which is nice to walk. There is Satellite TV and wifi. There is good cell coverage. World Class Fishing, Ausable Rivers are close
