Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. the women's room is very special, a place to arrive and easy to be. The surroundings are so beautiful and quiet, a direct view of the mountains, Lake Wörthersee and a cow pasture. You feel right at home in the room and I enjoyed spending time in this little heaven on earth. Ingrid is an incredibly warm, caring and open person. I really felt completely cared for. My personal highlight: a warm outdoor shower overlooking mountains, lake and cows! Gorgeous. and my recommendation for hot days: the three lakes hiking route is just the right thing to do. Will definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful time at Wörthersee and Martina‘s house was a fantastic base for us and a home from home. The kids enjoyed the table tennis and table football and granddad the shade under the trees in the garden. The views are stunning and the walk to the beach through the woods was special.

The entire stay was very satisfactory. The surrounding area was very quiet. There was a supermarket downstairs, and the train and bus station only took a few minutes walk. All in the room is available. Apart from the lack of an independent wifi router, there is nothing wrong with it.

Lake residence at Wörthersee

It was wonderful to see the lake immediately in the morning, from the room and from the balcony. All the animals on and in the lake. I was even lucky enough to see a beaver swimming by several times. We moved the table to look at the lake while eating. The blue-green water, beautiful. At the time also little occupied, so peace in the house. The covered parking space nearby is also good. A small shop and a restaurant are within walking distance. Overall, had very nice days. Had nice hikes. Unfortunately, a boat trip did not work (stop within walking distance), but water skiers and sailboats were also on the way. Thanks for the wonderful time

The lake house

We spent five wonderful days in Laura's lake house. The house with large terrace and jetty is really idyllic and a great place to relax. Everything you need is there, lovingly decorated and maintained. The house is not very large, but we spent the time on the terrace and jetty anyway. The train behind the property is equipped with a noise barrier and did not bother us. We didn't want to leave our idyll at all and were able to order groceries online from Billa without any problems. I can recommend the lake house to anyone who wants to spend quiet days in a beautiful place by the lake!
