Vacation rentals with breakfast in Drâa-Tafilalet

We stayed at the camp Martha recommended us and it was amazing, it added a lot to the desert experience, beautiful setting, great food, very kind staff and a billion stars in the sky!

Aside from a disagreement on some unexpected charges, the stay was very good. The site is very beautiful and one of our favorite moment of our trip in Morocco was when the staff of the tent site joined together with us around the pitfire to play some local music. This will be remembered for a long time and we thank them for the bottom of our heart for that. The tents are much more comfortable than you can imagine. Bath, sink and shower works perfectly. We recommend!

What a wonderful time! Since I arrived, Aziz and his family made me feel like at home. There's so much to see and discover around the village, and Aziz is an amazing person to rely on. Also, food is great :) It's truly worth spending more than 2 to 3 days here to fully connect to this place. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

This is a perfect place for a quick stopover between the desert and Marrakech, if you're looking for something away from the tourists. Beautiful terrace with a great view and a lovely staff who accomodated our request to eat up there. Fantastic tagine too!

Our big family had an unforgettable stay at the Bed and Breakfast in Khamlia. Renting the entire place for two nights gave us the perfect mix of privacy and authentic charm. The rooms were clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated to reflect the local culture. The outdoor space was a highlight—ideal for stargazing under the stunning desert sky. The hosts went above and beyond, offering a warm welcome and preparing a delicious homemade dinner and breakfast. The traditional dishes were a treat for all of us, including the kids. The serene location, surrounded by sand dunes, made it feel like a hidden oasis. We highly recommend this place for families looking to experience tranquility and local hospitality in the heart of the desert!

We really enjoyed our time at Simo’s place. The home is very comfortable. We were greeted like friends and felt right at home. He was happy to assist with laundry and local recommendations. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and creative design. Simo has fully decorated the home with pride and craftsmanship - local fossils and stones integrated into the home, collector items, antiques, crate furniture and shelves, unique light fixtures. Truly inspiring. So glad we stopped in Midelt during the long journey from the Sahara to Fes.

This is a wonderful place to stay! It’s off the main road and the neighborhood is very quiet. The rooms are nice, the two terraces are lovely..we had dinner on the top terrace under the stars! We were given a walking tour of the area surrounding the kasbah which was informative and interesting. Definitely recommend this listing.

We had a wonderful stay at Annick's house which is very welcoming , spacious and functional! We received a very generous welcome on site as well as with Annick beforehand (who gave us lots of information!) . The surroundings are very friendly as well as the neighborhood: an immersion in village life and nature! The house is just a few kilometers from beautiful places to visit during your stay in Morocco and has all the necessities to make your vacation comfortable! We recommend it without hesitation!

It’s worth it. Too close to everything and the street is very busy, a little noisy, but too interesting if you look out the window to appreciate the crowd. Very spacious apartment and very equipped for a short trip. The hosts team was so helpless and kindled.

Can’t say enough about the place and the host. Incredible experience out in the dunes - feels like the end of the world. Said is warm and friendly. We did a couple of tours to some of the area dunes and palm groves - beautiful and magical places! Said clearly enjoys sharing his love of the land, and his knowledge about the customs and culture of the region.

Recommend to all of you! Nice price with good service. It’s the most beautiful and unforgettable Airbnb we had in Morocco. We also took a wonderful camel tour in Sahara desert guide by them. Looking forward to back again.

We had a great time with Lahcen. He welcomed us as friends. He advised and supported us, taking into account our needs and abilities. Our walk with him in the valley of roses was beautiful and suitable for our children. The discovery of the region was also made with the visit of a baker who bakes his bread on river pebbles over a wood fire, as well as a distillery that showcases rose water and orange blossom: superior quality. These visits were at our request and not a product placement as in big cities. We'll be happy to go back to this beautiful tastefully renovated earth house and its sublime view. The other guests present shared the same opinion. Rachid is a great cook!! We think this stage of our trip between Fez and Marrakech was the most beautiful and we regret not having stayed longer... We loved our stay at L'Escale de Ouarzazate! The place is perfect for families. We were there with our two young children, and the pool and playground on site was a real plus for them. The hosts, Pascal and Naïma, are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We immediately felt comfortable upon arrival. The food was great. A real treat at every meal! And the location is ideal, especially for visiting Ait Ben Haddou nearby. Thank you so much for this beautiful stopover, we would love to come back!

The Artist's House of Dar Alfananna is a special place on the outskirts of M'hamid. It is very relaxing to be here with plenty of space to retreat or just to be together. It's nice to take the time to meet the friendly people and the beautiful surroundings. The hospitality and kindness is heartwarming! Abdol was our host in the house. He spoiled us with delicious food and made us feel at home. Achraf, brother of Abdol, was our driver in the desert. We enjoyed the meeting with ostriches, lunch at Oasis Sacree and the ride on dromedaries at Chegaga. The dunes of Chegaga were unforgettable beautiful. We slept in the camp for one night. Also there deliciously eaten and enjoyed the music by the campfire. I can suggest every one to stay with this local family. Thank you Abdol, Achraf, Ali, Katherine for your good care! Unique place, in the heart of this iconic ksar. An essential stop for a road trip in this region of Morocco. And what better way to experience it than from the inside! The rooms are very beautiful and comfortable, all the rooms are beautiful and decorated with care. Five minutes' walk from the hill where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Delicious breakfast and dinner! Thanks again!

Great stay at Moha's, always friendly and warm. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Very nice patio and terrace with view of Erg Chebbi.

We really enjoyed our stay here, highly recommend it. Ali aswell as his son Assou were very nice people. They organised for us an awesome camel ride and a night out in the desert. Hassilabied is a great town with some good restaurants, preferred to stay here than in Merzouga. Breakfast was very good and generous. Stay here for a good time! Cheers.
