Gorgeous flat on the seafront, with two super comfy bedrooms and beautifully curated art throughout the house - would 100% stay again if I’m ever back in St Leonard’s!

The apartment is stylish, comfortable and very clean. We loved the view and the space was great, high ceilings and period features. Having been to St Leonards before we knew that our favourite restaurants were walkable too. Moyra was a great host and very helpful and considerate about check in time, much appreciated.

We had a lovely stay at The Stables. It’s in such a perfect and central location for a maximum 2 minute walk into the high street. Lots of beautiful shops, restaurants, coffe shops and even an amazing Cinema (Kino). The property was a good size for a couple, with a lovely cosy and bright lounge area and fully equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable too! Whilst there is some road noise, it was generally very quiet and peaceful. We loved our stay, thank you!

Great apartment in a quiet location for exploring Margate and the surrounding area. It had everything we needed (and more) and it was very comfortable. We came by train and it was an easy walk from the station though there were lots of taxis available too, bus services were easy to use with stops just up the road. All in all we had a brilliant time, it truly felt like home from home - we’ll definitely be back!

What a fabulous apartment. The location was amazing and we loved sitting in the large front window watching the world go by right on the seafront. The proximity to town was also a bonus as there were many lovely places to eat! The apartment was much bigger than expected and had everything we might possibly need. One particular plus point was the the bed in the master bedroom which was super comfortable. We will definitely be back, hopefully later this year. Thank you!

Had the best few days in Margate! This airbnb felt so lovely and homey and had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend and come back myself!

Peter's flat is a quiet haven to relax but right on the edge of Canterbury making shops, restaurants and sight seeing all within walking distance. Peter was very responsive to any questions we had before arrival including full details of the dedicated parking space. He also met us at the flat to show us around and give local recommendations. He was charming and welcoming and made us feel right at home. The flat itself is very well equipped, a comfortable bed and sofas, a dining area in the lounge but also a table in the kitchen for a quick bite. The bathroom is clean and functions well. Thoughtful touches made it a very relaxing stay and somewhere we were sorry to leave. We ventured out to kayak on the river at Grove Ferry and also hired bicycles at Herne Bay, all within easy driving distance from the flat. Highly recommended, a favourite now and we may well return.

We had a lovely stay here, Nick was an excellent host, greeted us on arrival and very helpful with local info. Nick responded almost immediately to messages and had the pool ready for us to use as and when we requested. The kids had so much fun in the pool, the floats and toys left out to use were an added bonus! House was spotless and perfectly equipped. Would definitely Recommend and would happily return. Beautiful home located in the centre of Canterbury. Alizja was a brilliant host. Great communication before arrival, throughout and on departure. We would definitely recommend this location and hope to stay again when visiting. The car park opposite was also a bonus. Canterbury has some beautiful places to explore. We recommend the good shed for wine and small plates and the refectory kitchen for brunch.

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert's amazing pad on the waterfront - the apartment is stunning and perfectly located for easy access to beaches, Margate's best pub, restaurants etc. The only negative (which echoes some of the other reviews below) is that this place really could do with some proper blinds in summer. With only net curtains in the bedrooms, we struggled to get a full night's sleep as the rooms got very hot and bright as soon as the sun came up at 4.30am. In lieu of this, make sure you pack an eye mask and perhaps a portable fan! Otherwise, a really lovely place to make your own while exploring Margate's many charms :)

Just experienced the most perfect 3 day stay, in an absolutely ideal location in Rye. A spotlessly clean, stunning character filled property with low beams, wonky walls and sloping floors, which all add to it's wonderful charm. A very responsive, helpful and kind host, who really wants you to enjoy your time there. No questions too hard and always a very warm prompt response from Becky. We would 100% recommend this property and host, if your looking to book the perfect getaway in Rye. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home. Dee and Jeff were exceptional hosts, very friendly and welcoming. They really do go the extra mile, as all the reviews say - to ensure we have a pleasant stay. The barn was everything I expected and more, you could see there were so many nice personal touches and preparation that went into making our stay as amazing as it was - from the complimentary breakfast (locally sourced), to the mobile charger and bottles of water by the bedside. Also, loved having access to Netflix and Prime! Will absolutely recommend and stay again, maybe in the Autumn/Winter time to take advantage of the log burner and fire pit outside!

Booked this for my Husbands 70th. 5 couples so, having a bedroom with en-suite for everyone was a real find. The location was superb, everything in walking distance. Sally provided recommendations for a dinner on the Saturday evening. We went to the Royal Hotel (across the road). It was a perfect w/e and the weather helped. We had sea views and right on the front. Cinema room in the basement was fab and we couldn’t fault a thing. Thanks Sally

We had a fab few days . The flat is lovely...has everything you need, lovely decor, very comfy sofa and bed. Good places to eat within a few steps and easy to get to the pier and other spots. Bifold doors open onto the balcony which is a great place to sit and watch the world go by. Road is busy but once doors shut the flat is quiet...especially the bedroom. Slept very well on the comfy bed. Would recommend highly.

Asfar was a responsive host and was very helpful helping us with parking. We really enjoyed staying in the beautifully unique flat, with a short walk to the high street and beach!

Sue was terrific. She could not have been more accommodating when our party of 3 became 4 (to include a young grandson) and she provided us with cereals and goodies for him and a bed guard rail. Her lovely apartment is beautiful, light, airy and comfortably furnished with excellent quality appliances and fixtures/fittings. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. We have just arrived home after a wonderful short break at Seascape, celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday. Seascape is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean and it felt like it had been newly decorated and furnished. It’s great to have two levels and two bathrooms. Felt very spacious and incredibly peaceful with the most glorious view. We spotted dolphins out in the bay from the balcony. Highly recommended. By far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. We also enjoyed the cafes and restaurants in St Leonard’s and the walk to Bexhill. Really didn’t want to return to 30 degrees heat in London. Thank you!

Great little pad over Ramsgate beach. It was peaceful, clean and easy. Everything described about it was true. We look forward to booking again.
