There is bountiful wildlife to watch and you may see a deer or turkey in the yard. There is a large deck with picnic table, gas grill and chairs for outside enjoyment. This rental is about 68 mi to Branson, Mo, 20 mi to Rockbridge, Mo and only 1 mile from Vera Cruz state park for swimming or fishing.

Lillian’s Blackberry Cabin is a restored retreat with a story in every detail. Started by my free-spirited, hippie mom in the early 1980s, it sat unfinished for decades. In 2020, we brought it back to life with a renovation, honoring its roots while adding comfort. Today, it’s a peaceful escape to slow down, walk quiet dirt roads, and take in sunset views from the deck. Featured in 417 Magazine, it’s a one-of-a-kind place to unplug and reconnect. Everything is located in one spacious room, and the bathhouse (pictured) is down the trail. There is also a general store on property with all the essentials.
