The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. Our newly built apartment, completed in May 2018, offers a wonderful view towards the south of the Bregenzerwald mountains. The "Holz 100 house" has been built entirely of wood and natural insulation materials. The two-room apartment is 70m2 and consists of a kitchen-living room, sheep room, gallery and balcony. There is a café-restaurant in the house which also offers a sauna. There is a grocery shop 100m away. Bus stop in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment has an area of 78 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10 m² terrace! On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!

We are a family with two children (10 and 16 years) and live in the center of a small nice village. The accommodation to be booked is a self-contained apartment in our residential building. Here in the village there are 2 inns and a small shop where you can find everything you need. Soccer field and playground are just around the corner. We have a nice view over the Rhine Valley.

From here you can reach the ski resorts of Hochhäderich and Mellau/Damüls within 20 minutes and within 25 minutes you are in Bregenz on Lake Constance.
