Literetly the perfect location, very central with access to the Beach, stores, restaurants all within walking distance. They have everything you might need for your stay including 2 beach chairs, an ice chest cooler, sunscreen, bug spray, beach bag and beach towels. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, even some hair products you literetly only need to bring your clothes. My sister and I loved our stay, would definitely recommend. They were also very kind to accommodate a different check in and check out time for us since flights arrived earlier and left later.

Marisol and Gary were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome and safe. It was like we were staying with family. They gave us recommendations and checked up on us. Perfect location and got to wake up to the ocean every morning was glorious. Want to come back for sure!!

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Milly was a fantastic host, she was very attentive to the needs of me as her guest, Location was right on the beach front, retailor formerly known as CVS is steps away for convenience to grab snacks, water, booze, beer, ice or anything else that you might need for your stay. Highly recommend this host and this location.

Eric was very responsive and helpful. He was on top of sending me the check in instructions and check out instructions. The Airbnb itself is beautiful and perfect for a couple of days. The private beach access closes at 6pm which was inconvenient but that is my only complaint as we had to walk all the way around. It’s a good spot if you plan on visiting El Yunque and Fajardo. Safe area and people are really nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, clean Airbnb that’s perfectly suited for two adults and a toddler. The space was just the right size for us, and the highlight was definitely the stunning views of the beach from the spacious balcony—such a special touch! The location is fantastic: just a short walk/drive to great restaurants, grocery stores, and with super easy beach access. The swimming pool was an added bonus, and the property even had beach essentials, which made our trips to the beaches even more convenient. Ida was truly exceptional—she genuinely wanted us to enjoy our vacation and went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. She even called to check in on us during our stay and provided helpful suggestions for local beaches and restaurants. We felt so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

The location was perfect in so many ways, the beach access made it so that going to the beach wasn’t an hours long process and since it’s semi private there’s always room. There are a ton of food and store options walking distance, all the night life options are $5-$15 uber ride. But also offered free parking so I could rent a car without worrying about parking to explore further out places. The Airbnb was well stocked, clean, the view is amazing. Marisabel was wonderful responsive and thoughtful Definitely one of the high lights of my trip!

This Airbnb was really nice & it has a modern feel too it and the view from the balcony was amazing and beautiful , Its close to a bodega where you can get drinks and a brunch place called panderri and 10 mins away from the kiosks, I would definitely stay again !

Book it. If you think you need to see more options, you dont! This is THE PLACE TO STAY. What an increible few days we had. Harry’s home is exactly like the photos, and absolutely everything you need is available. There is water available to you in the fridge upon arrival, but if you need any more supplies the supermarket is just a short walk away. Nothing beats waking up to that view and being right on the beach. The balcony, the chairs, the hammock, the bed, the tv, the Breville coffee machine, the bathroom, THE SHAMPOO BODY WASH AND CONDITIONER 10/10!!! We’ll be talking about this place for a while. I will definitely be back to this apartment in Isla Verde. Thank you again for a magnificent stay!!!

Great location to stay in Old San Juan historical district. Walk everywhere and we found a car is not necessary. Noisy during the evenings so bring earplugs for a good night sleep.

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

My wife and I chose here to stay for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it! Right on the beach and very close to old San Juan. Amazing place!

This space was a good area close to Condado beach a very short walk, the lagoon was beautiful. The restaurants near by were more tourist and not authentic I would recommend other places to eat around the area instead the places were really expensive. We had no issues with parking except one night but a neighbor helped us out The only issue we ran into was learning to use the buzzer and when leaving having to come down open the gate and then go back up to put the gate key and all back inside, overall it’s a cool place no issues

Great location! Walkable to the beach, pool, and hotel amenities next door. Good instructions. Very clean and comfortable. Side note- There is no shade at the beach or pool, which is tough if you are super fair-skinned like me. A beach umbrella was provided, which was super nice, but even the slightest bit of wind caused it to invert and be unusable. So, you may want to bring a Shibumi with you in your luggage if you want shade on the beach. Also, be sure to bring your snorkel gear as you can see tropical fish in the water! The only slight drawback was no washer or dryer, but I was aware of this beforehand. I just think having that would have elevated the experience to a 10/10! Overall, would recommend a stay here! The condo was very clean and comfy for a family of 3. The highway is very close but couldn’t hear anything once you are inside the condo. The parking is sometimes tricky since there are limited spots in the neighborhood. Overall it was great, would definitely stay there again!

This home is a perfect pick if you want to rent something at a reasonable price! It was a center point to all the excursions we went on and was very close to the airport. Grocery store was within walking distance and food was easily accessible. Beach access was only a 3 minute walk which was convenient for relaxation.

I had a great experience staying at this condo! It’s just a quick 15-minute Uber ride from the airport, and the check-in process was smooth with clear instructions. Security was friendly and helpful, explaining the building rules and assisting with elevator access. The condo was well equipped, I really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and cooler, which made beach days super convenient. The location is excellent: walking distance to the beach, casinos, bars, restaurants, and both Walgreens and CVS. Uber pick-ups and drop-offs were easy, and getting to Old San Juan only took about 10–15 minutes and cost around $10. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering a trip to the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful place the patio on the roof top was so beautiful we enjoyed dinner one night with the fresh breeze coming in. Most definitely stay again . One down fall the Google maps and Waze didn’t give me direct directions keep sending me a different way , but I contacted the host and they responded fast enough ,also the first night had an outage and the host did composited me for half of the night . I’m going to say that’s normal there but i didn’t know either way the place was beautiful .

Amazing place to stay! Views are incredible, Jamie is super responsive and quickly dealt with any issues. This place is in a great location, close to everything you need. The east side of the island has so many things to do as far as excursions and adventures. I highly recommend this place!

Always clean and ready for guests

I was pleased to have the same experience as other reviewers. The condo was very clean and cute. Nice touch with plenty of water and snacks. It felt as if I were visiting a friend. Super cozy beds, which was nice since I don't sleep well. Lastly, I had a great experience with Mila being responsive with all our questions. I was happy with our stay.

This place was really nice comforting and straight on a nice place. Theres Ac everywhere wich we loved. We booked last minute and the host was quickly responsive, dont regret it.
