THE VILLAGE - Como Lake

The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

The most common compliment heard among our summer guests is, "This is paradise!". So inviting on a hot summer day, the infinity pool is just outside the door and the pleasant sound of water spilling over the edge is soothing and restful. The quiet, luxuriously green countryside is perfect for short walks to the nearby picturesque villages of Livo and Naro and long walks climbing the beautiful mountainous area we live in.

CasAllio is situated in the heart of Dongo, a few minutes walk from the center, the lake and the cicle / pedestrian path. The “Berlinghera” is located on the ground floor and has an indipendent entrance and a private garden. We provide free parking and a shared garden with barbecue, pergola, tables and a playing ground. In the surroundings it is possible to organize numerous activities.

Casa Alba Apartment

A place for nature lovers. Our apartment is located in a typical Lombard house in the original mountain village of Livo, above Gravedona ed Uniti on the northwestern shore of Lake Como. At an altitude of around 650 m, hiking enthusiasts and those seeking peace and quiet can enjoy the clear mountain air and the silence, but the lake can still be reached in about 15–20 minutes.
