Enjoy access to the media room, dining area, small gym and amazing backyard. During your stay, you will be provided with a sizeable private room with personal bathroom and shower. We provide towels as well so you will not need to bring your own. Your room has a queen size bed as well as closet and drawer space. While you stay with us, you will have access to all common areas of the house living space, dinning room, and our small home gym. We don't want to interfere with your personal space, but are always available to answer questions, socialize, and give you small tips about the city. We come from a hospitality background, our priority is to make you feel at home! The home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with beautiful trails to walk, run, or cycle right from the doorstep. The room is private and has all the basics one might need while staying there. We occupy the rest of the house and are available when not at work. The house is in a quiet residential area with parks, public tennis court, major grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants. It's within a three-minute walk to major streets—York Mills or Victoria Park roads. DVP/404 - York Mills exit, Hwy 401 - Victoria Park exit. Bus 95 or 122 to York Mills subway station Bus 24 to Victoria Park subway station The space has new fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, plates and cutlery and can be used to prepare your own meal. Guests will have access to the unit from their own private entrance. Upon confirming a booking we will send you check in information and a code to enter the unit from your very own private entrance. The suite is private and has all the basics one might need while staying there. We occupy the rest of the house and are available when not at work.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.Self-check-in and check-out (Keys for door, Room B would be put in lock box hanged on the door and the passcode will be provided after reservation). Due to only one parking lot available for guests, Room B only accept guests who do not need it. As to guests who need it, please book Room A with which listing a parking lot is available by paying extra parking fee $1/per night. Vehicles parked on this street overnight would be put ticket.
