Cottage that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (on extra bed or baby cot). Quiet independent accommodation, in a wooded and fully fenced property in the municipality of Saint Paul de Varax. Reversible air conditioning. With covered parking, pool access, in the middle of the area called: "Les milles étangs", on the Bourg en Bresse – Lyon axis, 17 km from Bourg-en-Bresse and 15 km from Villars les Dombes (Parc des Oiseaux). 45 km from Lyon and 2 km from all local shops.

Your accommodation in a private and enclosed courtyard is located in the heart of the village of Priay, along the Ain River (swimming, fishing, canoeing) and 5 minutes from the Golf de la Sorelle. It consists of a reception hall, equipped kitchen, air-conditioned bedroom with 1 double bed (possibly 2 on request), shower room, covered terrace of about 40 m². 1 parking space and charging station. Equally distant from Lyon and Geneva, enjoy the many tourist attractions.

Colombier Studio

You will stay in the countryside surrounded by greenery, in this large air-conditioned studio of 40 m2 . After access by the outside staircase, the studio is on one level with its equipped terrace extended by the pool. Consisting of a large living room with its equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge area, office, sleeping area with a double bed 160 x 200. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. The 6x3m pool is shared with your host.

The Mill Studio

🏡 Charming furnished and equipped studio of 20 m2, resulting from the renovation of a small stone outbuilding located next to our house. 🍃 It is located at the foot of the Revermont, in the first foothills of the Jura massif, at the entrance to a peaceful village, in a green environment. Access to the listing is through a glass window. It is composed of a kitchenette, a sitting area equipped with a sofa bed, a small bedroom and a bathroom with toilet.

You will enjoy the countryside while being 5 km from all amenities, 20 minutes from Bourg-en-Bresse, 45 minutes from Lyon and 1 hour from Geneva. Descent of the Ain by canoe, swimming at Chambod Island, walks in the Bugey, Cycling in the Dombes and many other sports activities will be accessible to you as well as the many gastronomic assets that the region presents.
