Cozy Oasis with Pool in Dominicus, Bayahibe

Our stay was simply wonderful. The apartment is as shown in the photos: comfortable, clean and perfectly located a few steps from Dominicus beach. The area is quiet, ideal for resting and moving easily to other attractions such as Bayahibe or Isla Saona. Giulia was a great host: always attentive, quick to answer questions and with a very friendly attitude. He clearly explained everything we needed, including the prepaid electricity system (which was easy to use). We also appreciate the details such as water and basic items available upon arrival, which is greatly appreciated after a long trip. Having a fully-equipped kitchen and access to a nearby supermarket made everything more practical with our 9-year-old daughter. If we return to this area, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything, Giulia and Maribel!

To be honest, I don't understand the few negative reviews at all. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and has very good amenities. In my opinion, better than some hotels. The complex is beautiful and very quiet. Perfect to unwind and relax. The staff in the complex is also accommodating, friendly and helpful. Shopping, bars, restaurants and beach are within walking distance. You can also easily take the bus to Bayahibe and La Romana. Santa Demetria was always friendly and asked how we were doing, if everything was okay and if I arrived well on the day of arrival. I was also allowed to stay in the apartment a little longer on the day of departure, because my return flight was not until late in the evening. I can only recommend you and the apartment. My next vacation will be there again.

This might be the best deal out there, the place is brand new, the beach is incredible and very private. At no point were there more than 4-6 couples at a time, the entire beach to yourself! Comparatively, a resort next door had over 300 people stuffed into a beach the same size. Pack swimming shoes, there are some rocks and don’t mind the construction.

Everything was perfect😇!! Beautiful place and very clean and what about the site, wowwww!!! Close to everything (beach, restaurants, shops, mini market...). Melissa is very friendly, always available when needed and easy to communicate with. We really loved our stay, thank you so much🙏.
