This charming little cottage with exposed stones is in the heart of the Empié estate, designed as a hamlet. It is independent, not shared, with private terrace on the orchard side. In summer, the estate has picnic tables in the woods, a summer lounge, a petanque court, a laundry room (available on request, €5/machine) The 8.75x3.75 m pool allows you to relax and cool off in peace. Everything is done to make you feel good, to disconnect from your daily life.

La Truffière du Cluzel cottage

Thomas's hen house

In the heart of a farmhouse, located 4 km from the village of St Pompon where you will find all the local shops. Halfway between the bastide of Monpazier and the famous city of Sarlat, the cottage is ideally placed to offer you the charms of the countryside and the visit of the great sites of Périgord. Surrounded by an orchard, you can enjoy seasonal fruit and eggs from our hens. This is a farm stay with many animals and there is no wifi.

We welcome you in an outbuilding of our house, former sheepfold, which we have renovated with passion to offer you a stay in the heart of nature, a short walk from the Dordogne Valley. Quiet, secluded, the sheepfold is ideal if you are looking for a haven of tranquility to recharge your batteries at the edge of the forest. The location also allows you to enjoy the beauty of the Dordogne, its rivers, caves, restaurants and small villages.

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

"La Vieille Grange" gîte in the heart of Périgord Noir

Gîte created in an old stone barn, located in the center of a typical hamlet in the heart of the Périgord Noir. Located 20 km from Sarlat, close to La Roque Gageac, Beynac, Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, Domme, Belves (villages classified as the most beautiful villages in France). Our 1 bedroom cottage was renovated in 2022 and offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether you’re dining on your private shady terrace or taking in a dip in the 11m x 5m swimming pool (shared with the owners and open from 09H00 – 20h00). The property is nestled on the edge of a small chateau estate and the owners are the only neighbours within view. Perfect for a romantic winter getaway!

Beautiful cave house in La Roque Gageac.

Unusual and cozy, charming house backed by the cliff. In a small pedestrian alley, right next to the tropical gardens, in the middle of the village of La Roque Gageac. Mild climate at all times due to its south-facing exposure. And thanks to the protection of the cliff, of which you will find a piece in the living room and bedroom. Very nice view from the terrace of the Dordogne River.
