Smoking friendly vacation rentals in District 3

Price was great! Host spoke English over the phone for any issues. Free parking was great~ the room was relatively clean and location is convienent however a bit hard to find as its in an alley~ just look for the phuc long and go into alley. Could have had more amenities like hand soap, hair dryer, toilet paper. Would book again

Everything was great. Hanna was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked great. The location was just a few minutes walk to anything you could need but it on a side street which felt calm and secluded compared to the larger streets.

Kim’s place was wonderful. And Kim was a great host. My wife has extreme dust allergies and the place was rather dusty when we arrived. They sent a cleaner quickly to remedy it. The clothes dryer was also broken when we arrived and replaced the next day. We dealt with a power outage the day before we left that impacted the entire block. Kim responded quickly, kept us updated and sent LED lanterns. The morning we checked out, we lost power again, just our unit. In the confusion we left behind something small and Kim let us know she had it, and mailed it to our next location several hours away. lol and her team were wonderful hosts, the power outages were disappointing but their response was positive. Thanks Kim!

Airbnber from Canada. I had sum problems at the beginning but the host went above and beyond to fix the problem. the host was awesome. fast response time, clear and decisive. I'm a little bit mad at myself because I was supposed to stay in Saigon one night but I decided to extend my vacation. I stayed at a place across the street to try something new and I regret it I wish I would have stayed here another night. super clean great location great price would book again.

I truly enjoyed my stay at La Maison D’Anna! It was a perfect, quiet and safe place to return to (something really important as a solo female traveler) after a day of exploring HCM. The air conditioning and fan worked perfectly which is much needed for the city’s heat! I enjoyed my stay.

Our Airbnb host was super sweet 💕 and replied really fast every time! When they found out we’d be arriving early, they even let us check in ahead of time 🥹✨ So kind! The place was cozy and clean — just like the photos .The location was amazing — right near Binh Thanh Market 🛍️, and there’s a GS25 at the corner where you can grab water or snacks anytime 🥤🍫. The area was full of fun vibes 🎉 with lots of yummy street food 🍢 and massage spots around👍 房東總是回覆的很快速，得知我們會比較早抵達後，甚至讓我們提早入住！🥹 環境乾淨舒服、與airbnb上看到的一樣！ 地理位置很好，就在濱城市場附近，巷口就有超商GS25，附近很熱鬧，按摩或是小吃都不少。 非常推薦！😍

Очень общительный и гостеприимный хозяин, чистая и комфортная комната , есть вся необходимая кухонная утварь и отлично работающий тихий кондиционер , отдельно стоит отметить удобное тихое расположение но рядом с туристическим центром до которого идти пешком не более 10 минут . Спасибо большое за мои выходные !

Basic room and kitchen, good for a stay of one week what I did. Quiet room in district 10. i like staying here. much is walkable or grabbable. I slept very well. Wifi is okay. Hope to stay here again at a next visit!!

The location is excellent, right next to the Binh City Market in the city center. It's within walking distance to the surrounding attractions, and the structure of the house is very characteristic of Vietnam. The landlord responds promptly and is very easy to communicate with

My 5 days stay at this Airbnb was wonderful. The hosts and staff are super accommodating and helpful; from airport transportation to any minor inconvenience they would be there to assist. I love how responsive they are, I felt safe and got treated so nicely by everyone in the building and the hosts & their private staff. It was such a pleasant stay, glad I chose this over a hotel. Alexander’s apartment is centrally located and has great views of the city from high. The building is close to many restaurants and getting in and out is super convenient. The staff at the reception is nice and responsive. The balcony is great and airy so I was able to get my washed clothes dried in no time. Grateful for all of the support provided by the team throughout. Highly recommend.
