Pet-friendly vacation rentals in District 3

We loved our stay in HCMC District 1. The house is down a quiet narrow street with other residences. The main living space on the ground floor was a lot bigger than it looks in the photos and we could comfortably fit all 11 guests for meals. The rooms are spacious and all have their own bathroom ensuite. There is a lady who sells breakfast on the corner of the lane 10m from the front door. She changes the menu every day but is generally a noodle soup of varying flavours. We found them all delicious and seriously cheap ~35k.

Once again I chose this place. It's amazing, the host prepared us a house with lots of greenery. I'm a very demanding client but it's great, they do everything very perfectly, the structure of the house has four very separate floors, always airy and full of freshness. The landlord is friendly and they also send very details on how to check in. Once again I love the host and see the host as a friend. Thank you very much.

Nice and quiet place, easy to access market, local food and drink. Rooms were clean and tidy, easy to use. The host is friendly and instruct very clear about the rules and policies. There is one small disadvantage is that main street is hard for Car or Van to drive in. So i recommend use motorbike. In general, this place is worth every penny you spend.

I had a great stay for 4 nights! The entrance is quite hidden, but made easier to find with clear instructions. It's like looking for a hidden bar! You have to go through a small alley between shops. Self check in was smooth. Everything was clean and there were no weird smells. Plenty of space to put my luggage, hang my washed clothes, charge my devices. There was a dressing table, a bedside table, many drawers, a huge bed and a night light. However, the bed was too soft for me. The windows were tinted to block 99% of the light from outside. Loud music can be heard coming from opposite cafes until 2am so please take note. If you come back after 11pm, you have to open the alley gate padlock. The padlock keyhole is small and slim, it was difficult for me to open it through a small hole with one hand. I even dropped my key trying the first time. If you have heavy or big luggage, try to book GF or 1F. You can store your luggage after checkout and motorbike at the GF, at your own risk.

A very pleasant stay. The apartment is super clean and spacious. Great location: many restaurants, street food nearby. Bui Thien is minutes away. Safe neighborhood and setup. Will come back again. Thanks.

Great place for big groups,

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The unit was perfectly situated, just a short walk from shopping malls and a variety of restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. Tracy was an outstanding host—very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Recommended!

The pictures were very accurate for the place and the location was great. The hostesses are both very communicative. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place in the center of Ho Chi Minh city, close to many tourist attractions. Many coffee shops and groceries in close proximity.

Exactly as described, and would happily stay here again. Bonus was having the washing machine!

We really enjoyed our stay here. What we liked best was the convenient location, as we were able to walk to almost wherever we needed to go. Also, there was a big supermarket a couple of minutes away, which was very convenient. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we're in Ho Chi Minh City.

riu was extremely welcoming and responsive, even allowing to check in early and check out early! the airbnb was a very cute and homey space, do not be fooled by the exterior! the bathroom floor could be repaired as it had some broken pieces, and the soaps in the bathroom could be labelled! otherwise, it was very livable and we looked forward to get back everyday. the location was good too — make sure to try the sugarcane juice sold by the auntie with the small drinks stall below the apartment! quite a big and famous shopping district nearby, as well as good food (both of the famous banh mis)

이번이 세번째 이용입니다. 위치적으로 너무 괜찮은 곳입니다. 벤탄시장까지 걸어서 10분이면 갈 수 있어 쇼핑, 환전등이 용이하며 근처에 멋있는 식당들이 많이 있습니다. 호스트와도 소통이 잘되고 체크인도 매우 쉽고 숙소의 인테리어, 조명등이 멋져서 편안하게 지낼 수 있는 곳입니다. 발코니가 있어 활기찬 도시의 분위기를 감상하기 좋습니다.
