Super responsive host, more than enough space for two people without being on top of each other. Clear spaces to sleep, work at desk, relax on couch. Bathroom design slightly older style to main sleeping, living and kitchen areas. That aside everything works fine, plenty of hot water. Checkin easy, as other stayers mentioned be mindful of stairs up to room. For a couple all good; with children / lot of luggage, little bit more effort. Overall pleasant stay and close to areas of interest and district 1.

One of the best places I have ever stayed. Staff are SO FRIENDLY AND GENEROUS! Amazing people and I miss them dearly. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this stay if you’re traveling to Vietnam, they will take good care of you and help you with anything you need. Thank you so much!

I stayed at Sunny’s places for 3-nights and four days. The apartment was much better than I had imagined and the pictures do not reflect the quality of the rooms and fixtures. We used the gym everyday during our stay and the equipment was in great condition and functional. The neighborhood was upscale with a great view of the canal. The convenience store at the entrance to the apartment building was an added bonus and the clerks were courteous and spoke English well. The location was unbeatable with easy access to the best parts of the city by Taxi or Uber. I found Uber to be the best way to get around and the apartment was well-known to most of the drivers. I’ve stayed in a number of Airbnb’s from Aruba to Thailand and Sunny’s place rates at the top of the list.

Super logement, hôte très réactif, vraiment top !

This hotel is located at the center of HCMC. The room was very clean and the stuffs were friendlier than other people in the city. Check in was very smooth, even though we can slightly early to leave the baggage. Stuff gave us some tea during the process. Our room was very clean, spacious and cozy. We also tried the spa package at the hotel. Stuff arranged everything from making a reservation to calling a cab.

From the doorman and front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone at this hotel was incredibly warm and welcoming! Their friendliness truly made a difference in my stay. Even breakfast was a pleasant experience—you just walk across the street to their sister hotel, where the same level of hospitality continues. This was my first time traveling overseas alone, and I was pretty nervous at first. But choosing to stay here turned out to be the best decision I could’ve made. The location is perfect—right in the heart of everything I wanted to explore. I walked to Ben Thanh Market, which is surrounded by amazing restaurants and street food vendors. “Walking Street” is just minutes away, and it’s where you’ll find the iconic Cafe Apartments and lots of other unique spots. Whether it’s your first time in Vietnam or you’re a seasoned traveler, I highly recommend staying here. The service, location, and overall vibe make it a stay you won’t regret!

The overall environment of the apartment is good, and the homeowner is responsive. In the originally booked apartment, there was a leakage issue in the bathroom, and they arranged for a replacement apartment. However, the replacement apartment has a lot of ants, really a lot. Despite that, the overall living environment is comfortable, and the location is convenient with a convenience store downstairs in the housing estate.

地點非常好(就在范五老街旁邊)，便利商店、逛街、吃東西、咖啡店非常多，完全不用東西，房間和照片一模一樣，很新、乾淨、有個小廚房可以煮東西，離捷運站走5分鐘就到(濱城市場站) 房東非常熱心的幫忙我，而且回覆很快!! 很像家人一樣，很親切!!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Personal war immer freundlich und immer hilfreich. Wir sind von dort aus zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelaufen wiez. B. Das Kriegsrestemuseum ihrer einfach zum Frühstücken runter an die Straßenecke. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

5 stars all around! Wonderful staff, clean and updated room and common space. Great for travelers who wants a welcoming spot to stay at Bui Vien street. Far enough from the noise to sleep but close enough to be a short walk to food and drinks anytime of day!
