As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. The communication with Shai was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with Swimming Pool, kids Play Area, Gym, Basket Ball, etc. We enjoyed exploring the area as well. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Dubai! Joseph and Yousef were brilliant—communication was flawless and they couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The apartment was stunning, spotless, and in the perfect location—just minutes from Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. The pool area was incredible, super relaxing with amazing views. Chaplins restaurant nearby was a real gem, and having a 24-hour supermarket just across the road made everything so convenient. This place had everything we needed and more—will definitely be staying again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities . This was one of the best places that I have stayed in, the place felt very homely and we did not want to leave from there. The hosts were very friendly and arranged us an early check in. The views from the balcony and living room were amazing. I had a lovely time staying at this property and will be definitely coming back soon!

Very professional service, great value for money

Definitely will be coming back here again. The apartment was amazing, spacious and had a small balcony with a great view. It’s so easy to get to places from here and you’re conveniently close to Dubai Marina Mall. Walid was also an excellent host and made me feel right at home.

I had to come to Dubai for a week but I could have easily stayed a month here. Things I loved: - Great Location - literally the best location in Marina (especially if you need to leave Marina via car) - Lots of towels and extra sheets - Amazing Gym with newer equipment that isn't busy - Tons of restaurants and grocery stores (literally I arrived at 11pm at night and there is a late night market directly beside the building) - Lots of elevators (this is important so you're not waiting forever for an elevator) - Friendly host, super responsive and flexible - Friendly staff, always smiling and nice Would stay again here 5/5 thanks again!

Wikki was a great host and the apartment was much more than I hoped it would be. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine and the huge TV with Airplay. I had coffee at dawn each day on the patio. With the small supermarket downstairs stocking everything I needed, I cooked every day for the entire week. The building is new and impeccably well maintained. The pool and outdoor space are lovely, and the gym is nicely equipped and never crowded. Would love to stay here again.

scenic location, a dream of spending a few days in palm Jumeirah, a man made island fulfilled... swimming pool, beach at back, Corniche at front, well equipped apartment. Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!
