Thanks to Ughet’s studio I could feel at home during my stay. I had my very private space without feeling isolated. Working from the rooftop’s terrace was a great treat, specially as the sun was setting above the town. The studio has everything needed and more. The neighbours are very friendly. And the neighbourhood is most of the time quiet. Take away food just down the road delicious and cheap. I even got to eat one of the papaya growing in the courtyard.
A kitchenette is featured with a sink, kettle, and refrigerator. The wall is adorned with blue mosaic tiles, and cabinetry is in red and white. A small desk and chair are positioned nearby, creating a functional workspace. Natural light enters through a window above the sink.

Le studio est moderne, agréable, propre et bien équipé. Seulement quelques petits magasins dans les alentours. Pour le gros des achats et des restaurants, il faudra vous déplacer. Serge et le gérant sont toujours disponibles et arrangeants si vous avez besoin de quelque chose.

Excellent logement avec des beaux volumes. À quelques pas de la côte sauvage et ses restaurants. Accès facile, sauf pour les taxis qui ne savent pas utiliser les adresses, le stade ACL est un bon indice pour les taxis.

Merci encore à l’hôte pour son accueil ,sa réactivité , et le guide mise à disposition dans l ´apparemment sur les lieux à faire (restaurants, loisirs ...) . Un appartement très bien situé, avec une vu incroyable, rien n’à dire sur la propreté. Je conseil les yeux fermé.

A very nice option for a few nights in Point Noire. Maria is a wonderful hostess and very willing to share helpful information. During our stay, the gas for the stove ran out while we were making dinner. Maria responded so quickly and had a new tank delivered in no time. The apartment is well located in the Wharf area, nothing was too far away. The accommodations were perfect for our family of four, the kitchen is functional and well stocked. Everything is clean and well-maintained and I highly recommend!

Étatlissement très propre très accueillant et surtout très paisible, le gérant MR Jorcelin est une personne formidable toujours à votre disposition. Franchement j’y ai passé un excellent séjour et je recommande vivement à ceux qui sont de passage à pointe noire d’y passer

La chambre correspond exactement aux photos présentées dans l'annonce. C'est très propre et tout fonctionne bien. L'endroit est un peu reculé, mais donc calme et le personnel sympathique. Ils sont venus aimablement me chercher à mon point d'arrivée à Pointe-Noire.
