Confort et charme pour cet appartement de 43 m2 exposé sud , au 1er étage d'une ancienne maison Dinardaise, cuisine séjour esprit loft, 1 chambre + 1 coin couchage en mezzanine, sdb, wifi gratuit, places gratuites dans la rue. Refait à neuf, dans une rue calme à 400 m de la plage, commerces, marché à pied. Pour les séjours de moins de 7 jours une option linge de lit est possible (10€/1 lit double). Option ménage courant de fin de séjour possible : (a voir sur place a votre accueil).

Studio flat, 28m2, located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence, bright, 5 min walk from the market, the moonlight stroll and the Prieuré beach, 10 min from the town centre and the Écluse beach. Free on-street parking. Accessibility : the studio is not wheelchair accessible. However, there is a lift in the building, which requires ten or so steps to be climbed beforehand. Independent access is possible via a secure key box. Wifi Rated 2 stars since 2020.

Appartement haut de gamme avec petite vue mer, accès direct à la plage principale, hyper centre. Entièrement rénové par architecte en 2018, situé dans un ancien hôtel emblématique. Au cœur de Dinard, la plage, le cinéma et l'ensemble des commerces et restaurants au pied de la résidence. La piscine olympique d'eau de mer et le Palais des Expositions ne sont qu'à quelques mètres... Le célèbre marché est à 5 minutes à pied.
